I must admit to being gutted by Paddington’s sell-out to Marmite. It’s not that I don’t like marmite, it’s just that it isn’t marmalade, and we all know that Paddington is all about marmalade. He had it on everything. In fact, his love of marmalade made me want to eat it and sparked off my love of the scrummy stuff.
