This is part of the official Star Wars Nerf crossover range, and it is a copy of the First Order Stormtrooper Blaster as seen in Star Wars The Force Awakens.
It has Star Wars branding on it as will fire darts up to 65 feet, and includes a tactical rail and a removable sight.
Nowhere else is selling this Nerf Blaster at anywhere near this price, and I can only think that they have reduced it as the new Star Wars Rogue One Blasters have come out not so long ago. So although this may be an older model at 70% off I'd say it's well worth grabbing.
