If the kids are looking for a bike to spend their Christmas cash on, then this could be a fab deal! Argos has reduced the Silverfox 12 Inch Digger Boy's Bike to less than half price - £29.99 down from £89.99.
You can collect the bike instore for free, or have it home delivered for £5.95. The bike has previously been on sale for £24.99, so this is a further reduction. And, some assembly is required. Now, if you're just not good at this sort of thing or have never put anything together in your life then do get some help! My other half spent Christmas Eve helping our neighbour take apart the two boys bikes he'd assembled, and put them back properly - handlebars were on the wrong way around, wheels weren't fitted properly! As my neighbour said, put him in front of a computer and he can do anything (whereas my other half can just about use Google!).
The bike has a yellow steel frame, front and rear calliper brakes, and weighs 6.9kg fully assembled. The frame size is 8.5 in, the wheel size is 12 in, and the bike will fit a 12 in to 15 in inside leg measurement. According to the website, it is best suited to ages 2 to 4 years. Additional features include a fully enclosed chainguard and a water bottle and cage.
