Well now, it seems that half-term has got in on the sale act; the Early Learning Centre Half Price Toy Sale is all down to the fact the kids will be off school next week.
It's rather clever really - those parents who've been there and done the horror of half term, on more than one occasion, will know the sense in having new toys at the ready to keep their little 'angels' amused for the duration.
Those parents who haven't learned this valuable sanity-saving technique yet will be pulling their hair out come day three, and will be rushing through the doors to see what bargains are left in the Early Learning Centre Half Price Toy Sale.
Of course, it's also a great time to buy bigger pressies for any kids in your family/extended family who have birthdays coming up.
Here are a few things that caught my eye...
- Three-story wooden dolls house 'Rosebud House' - was £100, is now£50
- The Tower of Doom (I wrote about that the other day) - was £75.00, is now £37.50
- Happyland Light and Sound Lift Off Rocket - was £30, is now £15
- Build It Construction Starter Set - was £30, is now £15
LOADS more toys have a full half price discount, with lots of others having slightly less.
Go and see if anything takes your fancy and GOOD LUCK with half-term next week.
