The Crayola Illumination Station usually sells for around £24.99 but Sainsburys have marked it down to a much more palatable £12.49. It’s a super drawing tool for kids and has some great features.

The Crayola Illumination Station is a drawing desk, a projector, and a creativity workstation. You can use the lightbox to draw fabulous background designs and borders. Then you unlock the light unit and you can project over 100 different designs and characters onto the paper.

Then you can add finishing touches to your pictures, notes, and invitations using the included colouring pens.  The light unit can also be used as a mini torch if the mood strikes you. I guess I can understand the urge to draw in the dark…

The Crayola Illumination Station comes with a storage drawer, a Groovy Writer pen, three Dinky Doodler colouring pens, 20 image discs and 10 background scenes. It also demands that you feed it four AA batteries first, these are not included.

This toy has had ace reviews and looks like a great purchase.
