In this set you get a wooden train set with raised sections, a bridge, slopes for the train to speed up and down, plus loads of extra little feature like a level crossing, buildings, trees, people and lots more. It also comes with a wooden engine and two carriages to start you off.
This set is compatible with lots of other wooden train sets, and from the looks of it that means Brio, Ikea, ELC and so on, as they all tend to be the same standard size. My youngest has a mix of all of Ikea, ELC and Carousel and they all fit together so that he can make one big set, but if he didn't already have a massive big full I would definitely be snapping this one up!
These sets are great for inspiring children's imagination, as well as working on their building skills, as they can make the track however they like, and set up the city around the track. It's great fun, and this set is such an impressive one that it would make a fab birthday present.
