If you are looking for a gift that is a little bit different, and that can be bought at the last minute without ever having to brave the crowds then maybe a Gift Experience could be what you are looking for. Asda now have a special offer that makes this even more affordable. You can get £10 off when you spend £50 or more on Gift Experiences or Flowers with the code GIFT50.

They offer Spa and Beauty Experiences starting from only £15, Driving Experiences from £39, and Hotel Breaks from just £40. I always thought this type of gift was much more expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are. I also had no idea that they were sold by Asda!

  • Discount: £10 Off
  • Valid on Selected Gift Experience and Flowers
  • Minimum Spend: £50
  • Expires: Midnight 24th December 2014
  • Code: GIFT50

You can browse the Gifts by recipient (Men, Women or Couples) to give you ideas. What's really great is that if you leave it to the very last minute you can order the gift on Christmas Eve after the shops have all shut and get it sent by evoucher even on Christmas Day! You don't have to get it sent by evoucher, but you need to leave a little more time if you would like to hand over a physical voucher on Christmas Day, but it's a great option for last minute purchases.

Some of the most popular Gifts are a 2 Night Hotel Break at £89 using the voucher code, the Double Super Car Driving Blast at £50, a Thames Lunch Cruise for 2 at £58, or for more active types there's even a Weekend Segway Rally for 2 complete with photo at only £49.

There are a few exceptions to the discount code and you can see them all here. (Most disappointing that the Fawlty Towers Dining Experience isn't included - I quite fancied that!)

The 'Gifts' that the £10 off voucher can be applied to include Hampers and Flowers, and they can all be found on the main link above.
