This year I plan to be more prepared for summer. When those two days of hot sunshine do arrive, I want to be able to make the most of them! So I’ve been looking for a paddling pool big enough for at least three five year olds, but small enough for our garden. Which is really just an overly large patio. I came across the Tesco 8ft Quick Up Pool, which might be a bit big for our needs, but definitely sounds like a bargain at £7.48 (marked down to half price from £14.98)
According to one of the members of our sister site HUKD.com the pool will comfortably fit three children and an adult, with plenty of room. She also points out that it takes a good five hours to fill the pool from a hosepipe, and you’ll need to change the water at least once a week. It holds 608 gallons/2,300 litres of water.
The pool is made of three-ply heavy gauge PVC. Inflate the ring at the top of the pool, and the pool sides will rise as it fills with water.
