Celebaby: A Little Boy For Tori Spelling

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 1 September, 2012 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: A Little Boy For Tori SpellingWow that pregnancy went by super fast!  Mind you, with Tori Spelling's almost constant state of pregnancy one does tend to blur into the next...and the next.  The question is: will there be a NEXT?!

Apparently not, if we believe a word that she says, but then I'm sure there were mutterings not so long ago about a fifth baby not being unwelcome if he, or she, did happen to 'happen'.

So after waiting for ages for the arrival of babies and having to kill time talking about Chantelle and Alex (that's more like MURDERING time, not just killing it!) we've had two bits of new baby arrival news this week.

Finn Davey McDermott arrived on Thursday evening and weighed 6lbs 6ozs and is now little brother to:  Hattie (10 months), Stella (4) and Liam (5).

With this to say on the subject of more babies, I wonder whether the idea of baby number five has been firmly reconsidered...

I couldn't be happier that I'm finally at the end and I get to meet the baby so soon, but I actually love being pregnant, so if it is my last, I'll be sad never to be pregnant again. It'll have been a precious moment in time and it'll be over with, so it is sad.

Hmmm, it's the 'IF this is my my last' bit that could very well be the get out clause there; we'll just have to wait and see.

Celebaby: Tori Spelling Suffering With A Bit Of SPD Perhaps?

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 18 August, 2012 at 10:00 am

Tori Spelling has taken to motorised transportation to help her get around; preggars with baby number four (pretty much straight after baby number three arrived) who is due to arrive pretty soonish, she was spotted out with her five-year-old son, Liam, travelling by motorised scooter.

Tori didn't spend the entire time driving around in her scooter - she was up and about on her feet a fair bit whilst mooching around the open air market that she and Liam had gone to.

She's come under fire a bit in recent months for 'constantly' being photographed in various bikinis whilst preggo and, even though I think she's a bit baby/pregnancy mad (I can't help thinking baby number five won't be a surprise to the whole world), I do think she's entitled to some basic respect and hope she doesn't get slammed for using a motorised scooter to help ease things a little bit in the closing stages of pregnancy number four.

I wonder if she's suffering with a bit of Symphysis Pubis Disfunction (SPD - a condition that causes the ligaments holding the pelvis together to become too loose and the pelvis to be misaligned - VERY painful by all accounts)?  Snookie was also seen using a scooter a while ago (she must be due to pop any day now too!) perhaps she was suffering too rather than just being lazy, as was hinted at by the 'lovely' media.

Celebaby: Tori Spelling Shocked By Pregnancy

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 7 April, 2012 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Tori Spelling Shocked By PregnancyThis morning I read that Tori Spelling was shocked to discover she was pregnant with baby number four just ONE MONTH after giving birth to baby number three, daughter Hatti.

That made me laugh! Methinks perhaps Ms Spelling needs a Bird and the Bees refresher course as apparently she wasn't expecting to fall pregnant so soon after Hatti's arrival - erm...it doesn't just happen Tori, a certain activity needs to be indulged in for babies to be on their way.

"It was the second biggest shock of my life," she's been reported as saying, "the first was when they said Hattie was a girl when she was born, because we thought she was going to be a boy. And the second was that I was pregnant after my newborn had just turned one month old. We were shocked!"

The rest of the interview was all a bit 'TMI' for first thing on a Saturday morning over toast - let's just say that apparently Tori's hubby didn't want to wait the recommended six weeks and Tori didn't want him to think 'that' side of their relationship was going down the drain.

Honestly, the pair of them must be at it like rabbits!

In other news...

In other Celebaby news, Billie Piper and Laurence Fox have welcomed their second son into the world.  He doesn't have a name yet, or at least it's not been released to the press but, by all accounts, mum and baby are doing well.

Yesterday, Laurence tweeted, "One born every minute. We had our minute today. Couldn't be happier. Beautiful boy. Everything fine."

Ahhhh, that's lovely - congrats to them.

Celebaby: No More Children For Amanda Holden And ANOTHER One For Tori Spelling (Already!)

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 24 March, 2012 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: No More Children For Amanda Holden And ANOTHER One For Tori Spelling (Already!)It won't come as a surprise to anyone when they hear that Amanda Holden has decided not to tempt fate any further by having any more children.

The utter horror of her unborn son dying at seven months gestation is something I'll never forget reading about; it was everything crossed whilst she was pregnant with her new little daughter Hollie, whose birth very nearly resulted in Amanda losing her life.

Amanda suffered a massive hemorrhage which caused her heart to stop and had to undergo emergency surgery.  Talking to Philip and Holly on This Morning, recently, she said, "I won't have any more children, that is it. And this is obviously what I am meant to have."

Very wise indeed; it all got more than just a little bit scary the last time!

Tori Spelling

Tori Spelling on the other hand seems to have gone a bit baby mad!  She had baby number three, Hattie, back in October and has just announced that she's preggars with baby number four - I'm telling you, the woman has lost her maternal mind!

I can't criticise too much because my two eldest children are exactly a year apart, in age, to the day - they're not impressed by this, but it's their own fault! If they'd arrived on their due dates then they would have been the same age for about three weeks, as it is it's something like 10 hours.

However, my logic was getting it 'all out of the way' in one go, not to just keep adding to my number!

Tori's husband, Dean,  did say that as soon as they knew Tori was pregnant with Hattie they'd have to have another baby afterwards, "As soon as I saw it was positive and it was a pregnancy, we both thought we need to have a fourth - at the same time."

Maybe they've got an aversion to odd numbers, which would suggest they'll stop at four.   But you know what, somehow I rather doubt it!

Celebaby: Tori Spelling V Anne Geddes

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 24 November, 2011 at 11:00 am

Celebaby: Tori Spelling V Anne GeddesAll of a sudden it's a bit boring in Celebaby land - we could do with a good scrap a'la Denise Van Outen and Natalie Cassidy to spice things up!  However, if we were to be giving out prizes for THE worst baby picture of the year then we could already award it to Tori Spelling because, trust me, it's going to take some beating!

Tori Spelling v Anne Geddes

Even if you don't know who Anne Geddes is you're bound to have seen some of her STUNNING images; as a photographer, I LOVE HER! It would appear that Tori Spelling has suffered from some Anne Geddes delusions of grandeur and failed on an EPIC scale!

Celebaby: Spelling It Out

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 18 June, 2011 at 11:00 am

Celebaby: Spelling It OutYou have to be of a certain age to know who Tori Spelling is.

She's the daughter of Aaron Spelling - you have to be of a certain age to know who he is and what he's famous for too.

Aaron Spelling was a prolific TV show producer person back in the late 80s early 90s.  Beverly Hills 90210 was one of them and there were cries of nepotism when his daughter was cast in one of the leading roles.

But really, that's about all Tori Spelling's career and famousness is based on; she does, apparently, have a reality TV show and tweets about it lots but I'd rather poke forks in my own eyes than watch dross like that.

Anyway, Tori's currently preggars with her third child and has recently been featured in the press doing pre-natal yoga.

Looking at the pictures I'd hazard a guess that there's a pre-natal yoga DVD in the offing, the lighting looks set for TV rather than still camera to my eye (either that or the 'tog that shot those pictures needs to go back to camera school!); the full make-up is also a bit of a giveaway.

But I'm just speculating, if you wait months and months and months for a Tori Spelling preggy-yoga DVD that never comes out you can't sue me.

She was involved in a car accident on Monday whilst being chased by the papps - she blames them for the accident and her Twitter fans were 'tweeted' to events as they happened - apparently she took out the whole school wall with her car whilst trying to escape them.

Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school. I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school. He thn STILL got out to try to get pics. 10 school moms chased him away. Wht will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop? Going to dr now to check on baby. I think its just shock

How terrible for the famous people; I must confess to not being overly sympathetic - cake and eat it springs to mind.

Want to be famous, ARE famous, splash your life all over the TV in a reality show about your life, then bitch and moan about not having privacy and people wanting to take photos of you so they can earn significantly less than you.

PAH! Get over it.

Celebaby: Blooming Bumps & Carey Twins Go Home

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 17 May, 2011 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Blooming Bumps & Carey Twins Go Home The Carey/Cannon twins are finally at home and several expectant celeb' mums dress their bumps in pretty summer dresses.

Carey Twins Go Home

Moroccan and Monroe have finally left the hospital and are at home; I really must stop calling them the Carey twins as their surnames are Cannon.

I have no concept of what it must be like to have a baby and then NOT be able to take it home with you; my youngest was born at home so I avoided hospital completely with him.

I do remember how I felt when I was allowed to go home with my eldest; nervous doesn't even come close to describing it and Nick Cannon (Mr Carey) is feeling the same way too,

Speaking to Access Hollywood on Saturday evening, he said, "My twins came home today,I didn't even want to leave, but I had to because I've got to be here."

He went on to say, "It's the first day to have my children at home so I've been loving that.  There's no hospital rooms and there's no nurses, it's just us.  So it's real; a lil' scary at times, but we're handling it."

Keep your eyes peeled for the happy families pictures in all the glossy magazines, we shouldn't have to wait long.

Blooming Bumps

Ok, I know Victoria Beckham isn't in a pretty summer dress - what IS it with her and black? Jeez, girl go for broke and put some colour on!

I suppose wearing a dress and NOT covering her bump with a handbag that could double up as a three-man tent is a step forward though.

She's seven months preggars now and is rumoured to have already hired trainer-to-the-stars Tracy Anderson to help her lose 20 pounds (that's a stone and a half) in four to six weeks after the baby has arrived; I'm all for staying in shape but that's MAD.

In contrast, just look at how amazing Tori Spelling and Selma Blair look in their colourful and floaty maxi-dresses.

Both are 38; Selma Blair's expecting her first baby any day now - there seem to be lots of 'any day now' babies waiting to arrive at the moment - whislt Tori Spelling, who's expecting her third, has a little while longer to go.

She has a son and a daughter already, so both her and her husband (Dean McDermott) have decided to wait until the baby arrives to discover the gender.
