1000 Animal Stickers Sticker Book £3.99 @ The Book People

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 21 February, 2012 at 12:00 pm

1000 Animal Stickers Sticker Book £3.99 @ The Book PeopleIf you have someone in your family who's a little bit sticker mad, then you might want to pick up one of these 1000 Animal Stickers sticker books and surprise them - The Book People are selling them for £3.99 rather than £9.99.

My youngest niece is sticker crazy, she has been for a good couple of years now, and I know she'd be the happiest little girlie on the planet if she had one of these 1000 Animal Stickers sticker books to get her teeth into.

This paperback sticker book, from Usborne, has themed pages with lots of different scenes for your sticker nut to bring to life with the stickers - there's an Australian Outback scene, a rainforest scene and, by all accounts, a hamster cage scene (if I had this 1000 Animal Stickers sticker book, I'd stick the hamster OUTSIDE the cage!).

I can't imagine you'd be able to use all 1000 stickers on the pages of your 1000 Animal Stickers sticker book and the official blurb confirms this - it says, and I quote, "There are also extra stickers that can be used to make cards and pictures or to add to letters, envelopes and postcards."  Marvellous!

If this is all you buy from The Book People then a single item delivery charge will apply, which is £1.99.

Happy sticking!

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 3 October, 2011 at 11:00 am

Hello Kitty Book Collection £9.99 @ The Book PeopleIf you have, or know, a Hello Kitty fan then here's a lovely little deal for you.

The Book People are selling this 10-book  Hello Kitty Book Collection for £9.99 instead of the usual £40.90 list price.

The Hello Kitty Book Collection is a lovely mix of sticker books, colouring books, activity books and a, rather fabulous, 'Things To Do When You're Bored' book .

My niece is sticker crazy and this would make the perfect Christmas present for her; equally, if you have a little girl's birthday party coming up, you could split up this Hello Kitty Book Collection and put a book in each party bag along with a Hello Kitty pencil and rubber perhaps.

The book collection is pink and cute and fluffy and your young Hello Kitty fanatic is bound to love it.

A single item item delivery charge of £1.95 will apply if this is all you order, but if you find a few other bits and pieces that take your fancy, which bring your order over £25 then you'll be entitled to free delivery.

Pirate Sticker Book £3.29 @ Amazon

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 15 September, 2011 at 12:00 pm

Pirate Sticker Book £3.29 @ AmazonArrrrr, I do like a good sticker book m'hearties - especially when it's a Pirate Sticker Book up for grabs for £3.29 instead of £5.99.

My niece is obsessed with stickers.

She's only three but is very particular about how and where stickers should be places on things.

Her sticker fetish is a bit of a gift actually, as it means we're never at a loss as to what to buy her; whilst she's fussy about sticker positioning, she's not bothered as to the sticker subject matter.  So whether it's kittens, patterns or pirates, as long as she can STICK...she's happy.

Reviews from people who already own this Pirate Sticker Book clearly show that it will be a winner for anyone who has a love of stickers...

"There is so much to do with this sticker book and so many stickers to use. The themed pages are great, the art work is lovely and there is so much detail. I bought this for my 3yr old but it would also suit a much older child who could do it really well. My son has goats in the sea, pirates in the sky and barrels on building roofs. But he loves it!"

And...

"My 4 and half year old son loved this. We did a page a night for a week. We love these books anyway but this one was the best so far. Sometimes they can have too many stickers and the page just turns into a mess but they got it just right here."

Happy sticking then!

Charlie And Lola: My Shopping Sticker Book £2.99 @ Red House

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 20 August, 2011 at 1:00 pm

Charlie And Lola: My Shopping Sticker Book £2.99 @ Red HouseI'm still on the prowl for sticker books for my mum to buy my niece for Christmas; I've just come across this Charlie and Lola: My Shopping Sticker Book over at Red House for £2.99 instead of £4.00.

My youngest niece loves sticker books.

She's only two-and-a-half and is very, VERY precise when it comes to sticking stickers in her books.  If they're not positioned just so, she'll take them off and reposition them if she can.  If they don't come off the page easily, or tear, then all hell can break loose.

Sticking is, clearly, a very important business.

She will absolutely adore this Charlie and Lola: My Shopping Sticker Book as she'll need to help Lola stock the shelves in her shop - precise sticking of items on shelves is definitely going to be the order of the day for her.

There are 16 pages of sticking joy and over 100 stickers to apply to them; that should keep her busy for a little while!

If you can find other bits and pieces to make your order up to £15 then Red House will deliver your order for free, otherwise a single item delivery charge of £1.95 will apply.

Happy sticking!

Pack of 4 Princess Books £3.99 @ The Hut

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 30 June, 2011 at 9:00 am

Pack of 4 Princess Books £3.99 @ The HutThe Hut are selling this rather fabulous pack of four Princess books for just £3.99; they say the original price should be £33.99 - I'm not sure anyone has ever paid that for them (I wouldn't), but what do I know!

I would, however, pay £3.99 for them and might, as I have a little girl to buy a birthday pressie for this month.

In the 'I'm a Pretty Princess' book you can add a picture of your daughter so she can star in her very own Princess adventure.

The 'Who's Hiding in Princess World?' is a lovely hardback book with lots of Princess related activitites - your daughter will need to find all the characters in the fun filled, action packed story scenes with over 1000 things to spot; that should keep her busy for a while *grin*

Then there is the favourite sticker and activity books - 2 books in 1 volume full of puzzles, games and activities with lots of stickers to use.

Finally there is the 'Girls Press Out Dolls and Dress Up Dolls' - a big 2 in 1 volume full of over 350 press out Princesses, fairies and ballerina's with all their clothes and accessories.

I wasn't very girly when I was small and my daughter wasn't either so I didn't get to buy this sort of thing for her - thank HEAVENS for friends with cute princess-type daughters.

You won't pay for delivery from The Hut, so £3.99 is all you're going to spend.
