12 Days Of Christmas @ Starbucks

Oooh, I do love Starbucks. I know I shouldn’t, but I do. They are running a 12 Days of Christmas special with discounts and freebies almost every single day until Christmas. Each day has either a discount or a freebie to enjoy, so if you have a Starbucks near you, then get in…

Today you can enjoy a fresh brew at home with a bag of your favourite coffee at half price. Tomorrow you can pick up any mug for half price – all mugs on sale at Starbucks are 50% off. So, if you go both days, you can make a cute little coffee-themed pressie for a coffee lover at half the usual price.

On Sunder there is a tumbler sale at 50%, on Monday you get Starbuck VIA Ready Brew for half price, and on Tuesday a free mince pie when you orders specific hot coffee drinks such as the Eggnog Latte or Gingerbread Latte (which are YUM).

So take a look at their calendar and enjoy the free festive fun.

  • Discount: One free Tall Pike Place filter coffee
  • Voucher code: Click on link above to print voucher
  • Expires: This code is ONLY valid on Monday 10th January 2011

Now I don't often go into Starbucks. I think their coffee is over priced and isn't that great tasting to start with. But for this deal I'll definitely be stopping in to a branch when I'm out and about on Monday. Luckily there's no end of Starbucks dotted about around where I live so it isn't like I'll have to go out of my way!

There are a few other conditions attached. It says that it can only be redeemed at participating Starbucks, although I'm not sure how you tell in advance which are participating. You can use the voucher with any other discounts and there's only one use allowed per customer, per visit. The voucher says it can be used electronically or printed. Would that mean you could show them the voucher on your iPhone? I guess so, although again that's not 100% clear. But on the 'instructions' it just says to show your voucher so I guess you don't even have to hand over the printed one!

Have (Coffee) Card, Will Travel…

Have (Coffee) Card, Will Travel…

“I’d marry you all over again, you know.” Those were my exact words when my husband presented me with an impromptu gift in the shape of Starbucks coffee card. Fully loaded with cash and ready to splash, I used my shiny new card to toast my husband's generosity with a toffee nut latte.

Handier than cash, the Starbucks Card is an easy way to pay for your coffee fix. You never need to count up your coins again to find enough to pay for your poison; you just pick up the credit-card sized card instore, load it with any amount from £5 to £150 either online or in store, and then use the card to pay for your treats. Easy peasy. What are you waiting for?

If you register your card online you can manage your account, top up your coffee funds any time and even see all your recent transactions, just incase you want to keep that caffeine addiction in check.

You card can be used in thousands of stores around the world, and once you’ve registered it online your balance will be protected against theft or loss. You can also opt in to receive news and exclusive previews from Starbucks, and if, like me, you’re partial to a dash of vanilla syrup in your latte, registering your card means the syrups are on the house, along with other extras like additional espresso shots, whipped cream or soy milk. And every time you use your card to purchase a 250g bag of whole bean coffee, you get a Tall drink of your choice absolutely free.

So why not slip a Starbucks card into someone’s stocking this Christmas? You never know, it might even garner you a proposal of marriage.
