Splash Blast Inflatable Lagoon Slide and Paddling Pool £99.99 @ ArgosArgos are selling this Splash Blast Inflatable Lagoon Slide and Paddling Pool for just £99, instead of its full £299.99.

I'll be honest with you, I umm'd and ahhh'd as to whether or not to write this deal...

  1. It's not cheap - but if you have a water fanatic with a birthday in the middle of summer it could make a fabulous birthday pressie and be the center piece for a paddling pool party
  2. If you live in a drought area (still) with a hosepipe bans in full force (still) then it's going to take you a very long time to fill its 522 litre capacity with buckets and
  3. Is it just a shocking waste of water?
I've decided to let you decide - if you feel it's still too expensive then you can choose not to buy it; if you can't bear the thought of 100ish backwards and forwards trips to the outdoor tap and back, you can choose not to buy it and if you think it IS a shocking waste of water in these H2O challenged times then no one's going to force you to have one.
So, the Splash Blast Inflatable Lagoon Slide and Paddling Pool measures H411.5, W215.9, D208.3cm and comes with a blower pump to inflate it for you in about 10 minutes (imagine having to use a foot pump!) and has a combined maximum weight for the slide of 68kg - that's quite a lot, I could slide down it and have more than 13kg to spare!
You can collect in-store or arrange to have your Splash Blast Inflatable Lagoon Slide and Paddling Pool delivered to your home for an additional £5.95.

Splash Blast Inflatable Lagoon Slide And Paddling Pool £99.99 @ Argos

Argos have the perfect summer item on sale: a Splash Blast inflatable Lagoon Slide and Paddling Pool. They’re selling it for £99.99 instead of £299.99, which seems like a whopping bargain to me!

Assuming your garden is bigger than mine, of course! I fear this fun summer time equipment would take up the whole space.  The Inflatable Lagoon Slide and Paddling Pool has an individual user weight limit of 54kg on the slide and a combined user weight limit of 68kg.

There are two reviews on the product and the first says that while this is an expensive item, their children between 3 and 12 really enjoy it.  They would “recommend it to others if you can afford the initial outlay as you will reap your rewards in seeing the enjoyment on the children’s faces”.

Both reviews say that the product is easy to set up, which helps.

You will need a pump and an electric supply to inflate it and a hose to keep the slide slippery.
