Celebaby: Light And Fluffy

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 2 February, 2012 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Light And FluffyI'm tired of all the bitching, complaining, backstabbing and general 'bleurgh' that's going on - Peter and Katie are at it again (arguing and being 'mean' to each other in public, rather than 'at it'), Halle Berry and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, have been digging at each other and throwing legal action around for at least the last 18 months; so much so, in fact, that a judge has ordered them to take parenting classes for the sake of their daughter Nahla!

So today's Celebaby is nice and light and fluffy - because that's how I like things.

Celebaby: Pink, Gisele And Kingston

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 13 August, 2011 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Pink, Gisele And KingstonIt's all quiet on the Celebaby front for the minute.

We're still watching and waiting for Mel B to pop, which should be any day now; mind you, we were saying that about Pink for what felt like MONTHS!

Pink

In the meantime Pink, her hubby and baby Willow have gone away on their first family holiday together.

Snapped from a distance and judging by the resulting blurry photographs, everyone looks to be having a rather lovely time in Mexico.

Willow Sage is a grand two months old now and Pink is clearly in no hurry to race back into pre-pregnancy shape and before anyone starts, that's not intended to be a bitchy comment!

It's rather nice to see her just enjoying her new daughter rather than camping out indoors until it looks like she wasn't pregars in the first place - now THAT'S a sideways comment at a well-known recent new mother - and cute little Willow was dressed in a little pink sun hat and, I'm sure, plenty of sunscreen.

Gisele

Gisele Bunchen, on the other hand, has definitely got back her pre-pregnancy figure but when you earn your living from your body - I know that sounds wrong, but you know what I mean - it's hardly surprising.

She was spotted playing in the sea with her, now, 20-month-old son Benjamin in Costa Rica.

I'd rather like to look like her in my bikini, but with her at 5ft 11 and me at 5ft 6 I don't think that's going to happen - I'll just have to settle for being a short version.

Kingston Rossdale

Kingstone Rossdale is Gwen Stefani's eldest son.

He either knows what he wants when it comes to his hairstyles OR he just can't make up his mind, that boy has had more hairstyles in his five-year lifetime than I've had hot dinners!

Earlier this year he had a mowhawk - which, I have to say, I thought looked pretty cool - THEN it was dyed BRIGHT electric blue (which didn't look so cool), after that it went back to bleached blonde and now...all his hair's been shaved off.

Now I must confess to having a very strong liking for this hairstyle on both boys and men, so I think he looks GREAT (my husband has the very same hairstyle and HE looks great too!).

One can only wonder what hairstyle statement young Kingston will be making next.

If you've been reading Celebaby lately you'll know that we seemed to be waiting for a g e s for Pink to have her daughter, she really did appear to have been pregnant for ages.

Then the beautifully named Willow Sage arrived and her parents have been taking her out and about all over the place ever since; walks along the beach, trips to the local farmers' market near their home in Los Angeles (which is, apparently, one of THE things to do there) and bare-foot strolls around the neighbourhood.

Well that's all been very well and good but some of us have been wanting to see photographs that are a little more official than those papped from across the road and behind a tree.

Well here's one and, OH my goodness, I think it's FABULOUS; in fact, I love it!

Celebaby: Official Willow Sage Hart PhotographTell me this is not a beautiful family portrait!

Willow is just one week old in this photograph and her mummy had this to say about her when she spoke to PEOPLE, "Willow is a pro! Or else she is borderline narcoleptic like her daddy — she slept the whole time.”

She also went on to say, "You hear people say it all the time, how life changes so drastically. But you can’t possibly grasp how beautiful that is until you have your child."

I think it's safe to say the pair of them are completely loved up on parenthood just now, and it's lovely; just lovely.

Celebaby: Saturday Bits And Pieces

Celebaby: Saturday Bits And PiecesThe Jackson Kids

It's coming up to the two-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death so the Jackson kids are popping up in the papers again.

They're looking so grown up these days; happy, easy going and relaxed are also words that can be used to describe them.

They were photographed making their way to the cinema earlier this week and Blanket (I wonder if he'll decide to change his name one day; I wonder if I would if my parents had called me Blanket...?) was wearing a rather fab' t-shirt that said:

"Plans for today: Wake up, Brush teeth, Be AWESOME!"

I'm going to make that my mantra of the day - so far I've managed two out of three; the awesome is still to come!

Rod and Baby Stewart

Whilst it only seems like yesterday that Michael Jackson's death hit the headlines (well ok, maybe a bit longer than yesterday), it feels like ages ago that I told you about the arrival of Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster's new baby, Aiden.

There hasn't been much seen or heard of Rod's seventh child since he was born just four months ago, but he was out and about with his parents yesterday at Salon Prive - a luxury super car event that was being held in Northumberland.

Rod loves fast cars and has a stereotypical red Ferrari so perhaps he was there looking for a custom car seat to fit it, I doubt your bog standard Graco seat does.

I wouldn't drive around in a red Ferrari for love nor money; seriously, I'd rather not have one at all than have a red one. Besides, I'm a Lamborghini girl so I wouldn't be seen dead in a Ferrari anyway *grin*

More outings for Willow Sage

Willow Sage Hart has been out and about with her parents, Pink and Carey Hart, again.

This time she had lunch with them and Pink's mum; I love that they're taking her out and tweeting about how happy they are, I'm not a huge Twitter follower - I have enough trouble keeping up with my own life - but tweets like this will warm the cockles of even the coldest hearts...

We are absolutely blissed out in love over here! To our fans and friends all over the world, thank you for all of the prayers and well wishes throughout this time in our life! Carey is a natural, (I knew he would be) and I finally found out what love really means.

Everybody say 'aaahhhhhh!'

Celebaby: Where Her Parents Go, Willow Goes Too.

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 23 June, 2011 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Where Her Parents Go, Willow Goes Too.Young Willow Sage is only two weeks old but her parents, Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, have been out and about with her, rather than keeping her tucked away from the world.

She was pictured with both of them strolling on the beach a few days ago - obviously SHE wasn't strolling, that really WOULD have made headlines!

"Pink's baby walks at just two weeks of age!"

Can you imagine...

And they've  also taken her to a farmers' market  - apparently this is a quintessential Los Angeles place to visit; really?! Who'd have known! - and out for a stroll on Saturday.

I really like Pink; I'm not a fan of all of her music, she can be a bit shouty and angry for me on some of them but she's down to earth and tells it the way she sees it.

I love how she's happy just to go out in whatever she feels comfortable in and in the latest shots taken on Saturday, both her and Carey were walking barefoot - I loved doing that as a kid and feeling the ground hot under my feet, no chance of doing that in this country at the moment!

Sunday was Father's Day and Pink tweeted a message to her new 'baby daddy' (that seems to be the celeb' phrase of the moment)

"Happy Father's Day to all the papas in the world, especially my brand new baby daddy."

And he replied with his own Tweet,

"My first Father's Day was perfect. Thank you Pink and Willow"

Pink tweets quite a lot so if you want to keep up with what's going on in her new world, follow her.  She wrote this recently, it made me smile as I remember being slapped in the face with how fast life changes as soon as you have your first baby.

"My life was once whisky, tears, and cigarettes … now it’s snot, tears, and the colour of poop. #bliss"

She added "I do miss the whisky though ;-)" to the end....don't we all (unless you don't like whisky of course!)

Celebaby: At LAST, Pink's Baby Girl Arrives!

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 4 June, 2011 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: At LAST, Pink's Baby Girl Arrives!I was really beginning to wonder whether Pink was going to have the longest pregnancy on the planet!

Her due date was originally touted as being April 18; reports in the press on April 15 stated the baby's arrival as being any day now were CLEARLY wrong, it was getting to the stage where people were beginning to wonder whether a) she'd had the baby in secret and was somehow managing to keep things a secret or b) that something had gone terribly wrong.

I took to stalking Pink's Twitter page for some sort of clue a she's quite a dedicated Tweeter, but there was nothing untoward or out of the ordinary there.

So we waited.

Well, the waiting is over and her baby daughter arrived on Thursday; she's been named Willow Sage which, I think is just, is just beautiful - different but not over the top wild and whacky either, phew!

One of those friendly sources had recently spoken to the 'gossip' website radaronline.com saying, "Pink’s baby was breached, so they were going to schedule a C-section if the baby didn’t correct its position. Her last check-up was on May 12 and she was expected to give birth three weeks from then, so the timing is perfect!"

Seven hours after she was spotted arriving at a Los Angeles hospital the following tweet appeared on Pink's page

Celebaby: At LAST, Pink's Baby Girl Arrives!I'm very relived that young Willow has arrived safe and sound and I must confess to rather looking forward to seeing some pictures of her soon...probably on Twitter!

Celebaby: Granny Patsy And Mummy Pink (Almost)

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 16 April, 2011 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Granny Patsy And Mummy Pink (Almost)Patsy Kensit is set to become a grandmother at the tender age of 43. HA! I can beat that, I'm techincally a 'granny' at just 37. Yes, I do get called 'Granny Sarah' and feel free to stop sniggering any time you like!  And Pink is due any day now.

Patsy Kensit

Patsy's family tree can be a bit tricky to follow and reads a bit like Who's Who.

She used to be married to Jim Kerr of Simple Minds fame - if you're below a certain age you won't have a clue who they were, just Google Alive and Kicking for one of their greatest songs - and HE used to be married to Chrissie Hyndes (if you'd never heard of Simple Minds then you'll have to Google Chrissie Hyndes too, sheesh I'm feeling old now!).

Jim Kerr and Chrissie Hyndes had a daughter called Yasmin - Patsy's step-daughter - who's expecting twins later this year, hence Granny Patsy and even though she got divorced from Jim in the early 90s she's maintained a close relationship with Yasmin.

Pink

Ohhh the final days of pregnancy are tough, it gets to the stage where waddling around, feeling like a beached whale and being unable to touch your own toes, along with getting wedged in the bath goes beyond being tedious.

Pink has recently discovered the joys of that toe problem, she tweeted, "if someone would please help me with my pedicure, I can’t reach my toes!!!"

She's also been attending birthing classes with her husband and tweeted about that too, "what I learned tonight in baby class: the most helpful thing my man can do in early labour, is feed his partner. I like it already…"

It'll be interesting to see how she feels when in the full-blown labour.  Thinking back over my three forays into that arena, the LAST thing on my mind was food...afterwards, YES!  But during, NO!

Celebaby: Pink's Not Feeling In The Pink

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 24 March, 2011 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Pink's Not Feeling In The PinkPink's baby is due soon and she was snapped taking a walk out in Malibu recently wearing some ultra baggy clothes.

I'm not a huge fan of her music but I love that she clearly feels confident enough to just wear what's comfy in the final stages of pregnancy, rather than feeling the need to look good for the cameras.

Ohhh this is coming out all WRONG! She doesn't look bad in her checked trousers and baggy jumper at all - just like a pregnant mum-to-be who really would rather be comfy than pander to the celebrity image of perfection.  Am I just digging myself a bigger and bigger hole here...?

She also came down with flu and took to Twitter to get some tips on how to deal with that...

"OK my sweet-tweets.... what does a pregnant mama do for the flu without antibiotics?"

She got lots of responses and went on to thank everyone saying they'd made her feel 25% better.

What didn't make her feel better was her new haircut...

"The woman that did my hair butchered it. I hate it. Thanks for pointing out how much you all hate it, too. helpful."

My favourite Pink quote so far though has to be this one (she's a bit of a fitness buff like me, so this is rather an 'in' joke, but is very funny)

"My baby's body fat is 2 to 3% this week. I'm so jealous."

Well it made ME laugh.

Celebaby: Baby Name Deadlock For Pink

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 30 November, 2010 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Baby Name Deadlock For PinkDeciding what to call your child is one of the fun bits of expecting...unless you can't come up with something you agree on!

In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Pink revealed that she and hubby, Carey Hart,  are having just that trouble.

The singer is three months preggars and, no surprises, is favouring something quirky and different.  Her husband, on other hand, doesn't want his kids to have weird names - hurrah!

"We're all over the place. I'm all about meaning, and Carey feels like he had a girl's hair cut and a girl's name, and he doesn't want kids to have a weird name. I have to get him on the boat for originality, so I'm working on him."

All of that said, the current boys name being favoured is Jameson - I quite like that (I'm sure Pink will be thrilled to hear it!).

"My dad's name is James, and my brother's name is Jason. Carey and I are both Irish, Carey's middle name is Jason, and Jameson - we like whiskey. That's a no-brainer."

Pink says she thinks Carey is going to be a really, really cute daddy - ahhh the loved-up romantic naiivity that comes with expecting your first child; it soon wears off (hush my jaded mother with teenagers mouth!)

Celebaby: Pregnant Pink & Another Girl For Myleene

by Sarah Macdonald in Celebaby on 11 November, 2010 at 10:00 am

Celebaby: Pregnant Pink & Another Girl For Myleene There's talk going around that Pink is expecting her first child and Myleene takes to Twitter to announce she's having another girl.

Pregnant Pink

A report in US weekly would seem to suggest that Pink - real name Alicia Beth Moore - and her hubby, Carey Hart, are expecting thier first child.

One of those good old 'sources' has spilled the alleged beans, telling, "She's 12 weeks along. She wanted to do it between tours, when she has some time off."

Pink and Carey Hart got back together last year after a 12 month separation, so the 'source' also added, "Pink was determined to make the relationship solid. Now she's really happy, and she's excited she got pregnant so fast! She'll be a brilliant mother."

A similar claim was made in April; it was vehemently denied and led to Pink tweeting this...

"Off to the gym. Lord knows when this 600-lb baby comes out that I've been growing for 8 years, i better be strong and physically prepared!!!"

"I wanted a RABBIT!"

This was three-year-old Ava Klass' reaction when mum, Myleene Klass, told her she would be having a baby sister and it's amusing me greatly!

Myleene went for a 20-week scan to discover the sex of baby number two and then, in true celeb' style, took to Twitter to reveal that she and her partner Graham Quinn are having a girl.

"Absolutely ecstatic. A little girl is joining our family. Feel extremely blessed."

She then 'fessed that confessed Ava was less than impressed with the news

"Ava's reaction when the Dr told her, priceless: 'I already told you, I want a rabbit'."

I know it's wrong, but I'm rather hoping it was accompanied with a foot-stamping, arm-folding and shouting tantrum of epic proportions.

I think Ava is a stunning name, so I'm dying to know what this new little girly is going to be called; I'm sure Twitter will be the first to break the new!
