Half-Price Paint Deals @ B&Q!

Half-Price Paint Deals @ B&Q!It's half-term - the mornings are getting lighter earlier, the evenings are getting darker later....it must be time to get the paint brushes out and give the walls of your home an new lease of life!

Paint is expensive!  Well I think it is but maybe that's because I get through gallons of the stuff - with three kids and two dogs in the house my walls take a fair bit of abuse, and even with washable paint a new coat on the walls at least once a year is the only way to really keep things looking fresh and nice.

Hurrah then for B&Q who currently have some fabulous paint bargains that I'm definitely going to be taking advantage of.

Half-Price Paint Deals @ B&Q!All 5 litre tins of Crown standard colour emulsion are half price at £13.98; you can pick up 10 litres of Crown white matt emulsion for £10 - that's £1 a litre and an absolute gift if you like white walls like I do (yes, I know...kids, dogs, white walls = bad idea).

You can check stock levels and reserve for in-store collection which is great and could save you a wasted journey - nothing worse than preparing to do battle with the DIY shops only to discover they haven't got what you want.

The only thing I can't help you with is how to convince your little ones that letting them lose with a tin of emulsion and a paint brush, or roller, ISN'T the best idea - unless you are one of those fearless DIY parents...which I'm not!
