FREEBIE: Four Free MP3s @ Lush.co.ukIf you're a true music fan who has broad taste and loves to try out and discover new music then you might want to download these four free MP3s from Lush.co.uk.

I'm one of those music fans I was referring to and I'm always up for listening to something new, especially if I can do it for free.

Lush.co.uk is a spa and these four tracks are taken from one of their spa CDs which they play during client consultations and treatments - I'm listening to 'The Spell' as I type this particular sentence and I rather like it, thinking how I can best describe it to you is proving to be a little tricky.

It has a twinkly sound to it that's a little bit reminiscent of the first few opening bars of Hedwig's Theme from the Harry Potter movies, it also evokes images of a tranquil Japanese garden too.  I played it to my teenager daughter, she liked it very much and she normally has a heavy rock bias to her musical taste.

The other three tracks are just as interesting and ideal for playing in the background, letting the music waft over you to bring a little peace and calm to your mind, and all for free; awesome.

You don't have to do anything other than click download - you don't have to answer any questions, fill in any forms or hand over any of your details, simply download, play and enjoy.

New Red Hot Chilli Peppers Album (I'm With You) £3.99 @ Amazon

New Red Hot Chilli Peppers Album (I'm With You) £3.99 @ AmazonThe new Red Hot Chilli Peppers album - I'm With You - is Amazon's MP3 Album Download of the week

I'm With You is the RHCPs 10th album and whilst I'm a bit of a fan, the only other Chilli's album I possess is By The Way, which I LOVE!

I've had a sneaky listen to all the track samples and from that I already know that I'm going to love I'm With You (some of their other albums have been a bit too...weird for me).

I also love that  this new Red Hot Chilli Peppers album currently costs just £3.99 to  download from Amazon; it's currently sitting in the 'Number 1 Album' spot over at that other well-known music download place and costs £8.99.

Now listen, it’s only available at this price until SUNDAY 4 SEPTEMBER and then it will be going up, so don’t make a mental note to do it later and then forget; at least we know it's not going to go out of stock!

I’ve just downloaded it and there are a couple of steps you need to go through first:

  1. download and install the Amazon mp3 downloader – this took less than a minute and doesn’t cost anything
  2. add the album to your basket, pay your £3.99 (SUCH a bargain) and off you go.

The downloader does it’s stuff quietly in the tool bar and all the songs are compatible with that other place, and all mp3 players, phones, gadgets and other music playing gizmos; HURRAH!

Obviously there’s not postage and you only have to wait for as long as it takes to download - how's THAT for almost instant gratification?!
