Disney Mickey Mouse Spy Glass Telescope £6.49 @ Play.com

There’s a Disney Mickey Mouse Spy Glass Telescope on offer at Play.com for £6.49 instead of £7.99.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is possibly the bane of my existence, and that Mousekatool business with Toodles is enough to drive me into the ground, much like Mickey’s foldaway clubhouse, but unfortunately, it’s probably my daughter’s favourite Youtube viewing.

As a result, I know she’d just love the spy-glass with four different coloured ‘lenses’. While the spy-glass itself is quite bold and colourful, the lenses come in four different colours so youngsters can literally view the world in any colour they want – of the four choices, anyway – and take a closer look at things, since the spy-glass is actually a magnifying glass.

It’s a good £4 - £8 cheaper than the same thing at other retailers, and of course, with Play.com, delivery is free.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Dance Star Mickey £34.99 @ Argos

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Dance Star Mickey £34.99 @ ArgosArgos are selling this Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Dance Star Mickey dancing toy for half price - £34.99 instead of £69.99.

Is it okay to admit that I have never been a fan of Mickey Mouse?! Well even if it's not, I'm going to: I've never been a fan of Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse even less!

That said, I must confess that this Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Dance Star Mickey looks rather fun - he can walk, talk and dance and even moonwalk, apparently (I bet he's not a patch on Michael Jackson though, the DADDY of all moonwalkers).

His purpose is to encourage kids to get kids onto their feet and get them moving around a bit - there'll be 'Mickey against childhood obesity' slogans on t-shirts next - as they copy his groovy moves.

He dances along to six different songs (I don't know what they are) and has two interactive games too.  He's suitable for kids aged two years and older and he needs 6AA batteries as well, which are included - hey, maybe it's MICKEY stealing all my batteries from the kitchen drawer at night - see my 10am post for Duracell battery deals, if you have NO clue as to what I'm talking about!

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Dance Star Mickey is available for free in-store collection or you can pay £5.95 for next day home delivery.

Fisher Price: Disney Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Campground £10.99 @ Play.com

Fisher Price: Disney Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Campground £10.99 @ Play.comPlay.com have the Disney Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Campground from Fisher Price on offer at £10.99 instead of £17.99, saving you £7 and nothing to spend on delivery.

I used to quite like Mickey Mouse, and found the Clubhouse stuff relatively inoffensive to my rather short temper.  However, 26 weeks of pregnancy sickness rendered me a little useless as a mother at times, and our intake of Mickey and his Clubhouse adventures became far more frequent than I’d like to admit in a public place.  Suffice it to say, Mickey and his mooska-ventures are no longer welcome in our house as my husband and I now find it intolerable.

My daughter hasn’t gotten the memo though, and still frequently asks to curl up on the sofa and watch ‘Mickey Mouse on the laptop’. *sigh*

I’m not telling her about this offer, but I can tell you -  the set comes with a kayak, log-chairs, a bbq, a Clubhouse inspired tent that opens up, and a picnic basket. It also comes with a Mickey figurine and the ever-useful Toodles red reveal road sign and a Mystery Disk.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD £6.82 @ CDWow

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD £6.82 @ CDWowI wonder if Mickey Mouse and his pals will ever go out of fashion...?

With Disney often pricing their DVDs excessively high (in my opinion) it's rather nice to find one for just a tad over a fiver.  I like DVDs like this - 220 minutes of Disney fun but in bite-sized episodes that young kids can dip in and out of, rather than trying to sit through a feature-length movie on a rainy day.

My favourite character was always, and still is, Pluto - he's just so dopey and 'awkward' and he features in this DVD along with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD £6.82 @ CDWowThe original price for this was £10.49, so at £6.82 and with items usually being shipped within 24 hours and for free this could make a nice little addition to your DVD collection or a good stand-by pressie for those last minute birthday parties your kids get invited to!

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVDs £2.99 @ HMV

by Heidi Scrimgeour in Deals on 3 January, 2010 at 10:00 am

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVDs £2.99 @ HMVHMV are doing a great deal on a couple of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD's right now. Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt and Mickey's Storybook Surprises are both available for £2.99 just now, with free UK delivery.

Join Mickey and friends in these feature-length adventures from the popular series MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE.

Minnie, Pluto, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy team up to provide both learning and laughter for preschool-age kids.

I keep thinking it's about time I introduced my kids to some of the old classic cartoon characters that I grew up with. It seems a travesty that they can name every single Alien from Ben 10 but couldn't tell you Mickey from Minnie. or Pluto from Goofy.

Time to change all that, now where's my debit card...
