Matalan has reduced this Disney Winnie the Pooh night light from £5 down to £2.50, half the original price on an item that was already pretty darn cheap to begin with. This is a great little gizmo for softening the light of a room without leaving baby in the dark.

The Disney Winnie the Pooh night light will keep your child feeling happy and safe at night as their favourite Disney characters watch over them. The Winnie the Pooh night light has images of Winnie the Pooh and Piglet across the main body along with pictures of dragonflies and clouds.

The light is an LED based light and it switches off automatically so that you can rest assured that they don’t get disturbed once they are asleep. The light also doesn’t have any wires which is great for making sure kids don’t get all tangled up but does mean batteries. Make sure you get some rechargeables!

This is pretty good value for a backpack, especially one smothered in Peppa Pig branding and filled with all sorts of ace goodies. It would make someone a lovely Christmas gift if you quickly hastened over to Matalan to nab it over the next few days.

The Peppa Pig filled backpack used to cost £10 but is now down to only £2.50. You can also get this in the Disney Princess flavour if your little one prefers them to the popular piglet. The backpack itself doesn’t come with any info on the site but looks pretty sturdy and the design covers the entire front.

Inside the Peppa Pig backpack you will find some crayons and colouring in pages as well as an unidentifiable something that I can’t figure out from the picture. I mean, the site doesn’t tell you what is inside the filled Peppa Pig backpack so I am guessing from the images.

Overall, £2.50 is an excellent price for what could be a lovely Christmas stocking filler or in-car entertainment for long Christmas journeys.

These gorgeous cuddy toy dogs are now available in miniature and you can collect all of them thanks to this ace deal. Matalan is selling children’s clothing for up to 75% off their usual retail price and, while some of the items are just horrible, there are some bargains to be found. This is an ace opportunity to nab some summer clothes for next year.

The age range on the items is quite varied. There are bodysuits for babies in packs of five for £6.50 (not the best deal at only 50p less than their RRP), hats, dresses, sunglasses and shorts, just to name a few.

Some of the deals that I really like are the swimming costumes that are down to as little as £1.75, or the printed t-shirts that are down to £1 each. There are also feeding cloths down to £1.25, leggings for only £3, and welly boots for only £3 – the latter being perfect for the upcoming rains.
