Kids Freebie: Free Asthma UK Information Packs @ ASDA

ASDA has stepped up and decided to go one step further when supporting families with children who suffer from asthma. They are now giving away free Asthma UK information packs to children with asthma.

The Asthma UK’s pack, entitled My Asthma, is a self-management resource designed specifically for children aged 6-11 to help them understand more about their medicines and how to be in control of their asthma. The aim of these packs is to help children understand the issue, learn about medicines available to them, and help parents recognise how better to control their child’s asthma.

You can visit your local ASDA pharmacy to get free asthma advice where the qualified staff will show your child how to use their inhaler properly and where you can collect your free My Asthma pack. Inside freebie you will find My Asthma Plan, My Asthma Calendar, and a  My Asthma Medicines Postcard.

To get your free pack, visit your nearest ASDA store that has a pharmacy.

Kids Freebie: Free Personalised Story For Children @ ELC

This is a really sweet idea from ELC that has more than just a free personalised story available to us beleaguered parents this summer. You can personalise a story, play games and enjoy other downloadable activities and online games for free at ELC’s Kids Zone.

The various things on offer for free at ELC include the Matching Pairs game which is played online and the Falling Acorns game that is strangely addictive as a parent too (for a while, anyway), and the free personalised story book option.

Click on Create your Own Story, enter in your child’s name and some other sweet details, and then print the book off for them to enjoy. Yes, you will need a printer and paper in order to enjoy this freebie, but as a book generator that lets your kids have some fun for free, it is just great. Oh, and you get to enjoy some choose your own adventure style moments too.

Kids Freebie: Free Bag Of Walkers Crisps @ Premier Stores

by Tamsin Oxford in Freebies on 16 August, 2012 at 4:00 pm

Kids Freebie: Free Bag Of Walkers Crisps @ Premier Stores

Fancy a free bag of crisps courtesy of Premier Stores? Yeah, I thought so! This is a very tasty (sorry) freebie for those of you who fancy something free to nibble on as you head to the beach or an afternoon with a good book in the sun.

The free bag of Walkers crisps come in Ready Salted, Cheese & Onion and Salt & Vinegar and you need only click on the link to be taken to the site when the pop-up box asking you to register for the free crisps will appear. You fill in the details and then you get the voucher emailed to you.

There have been some issues getting the voucher to appear in some people’s accounts but recent reports have had everyone getting theirs without any problems. Although one person did say that some Premier stores are not reimbursing them due to a price discrepancy to be warned. It might be a bit tedious, but you might also get some free crisps. Good luck!

Kids Freebie: Free Printables @ Tinyme

Tinyme have just launched a new range of free Tinyme Games printables for you to download and enjoy. This time around they are not asking you to register with them with your email address, like they usually do, so you can now download and use these without any strings attached. Nice!

The website has over 20 pages of super fun printable games activities, all of them designed around, obviously, the Olympic Games. You will find adorable personalised medals, opening ceremony bingo, playing cards, a Going for Gold board game and plenty more.

I love the free stuff that you can download from here actually. It isn’t like most free sites where you download average pages with rather boring pictures on them, no, these are great and fun and really well designed. I am pleased you don’t need to register with your email address too – that is always something I find rather tedious.

So, here you have it, plenty of free fun for your very own home Olympic Games. Enjoy!
