Chicco 360 Table Seat £29.97 @ Kiddicare

by Luschka van Onselen in Deals on 13 March, 2011 at 6:00 pm

Chicco 360 Table Seat £29.97 @ Kiddicare

The Chicco 360 Table Seat is the perfect high chair alternative and it's currently £29.97 at Kiddicare – that's £30.02 less. Annoyingly, that .02p means you're going to have to either buy something else to push you over the £29.99 threshold for free postage, or pay £4.95 for postage.

The Chicco 360 is the only table seat that can rotate through 360° in 6 different positions. It has a hook-on system which easily adapts to fit all types of table, which makes it ideal if you have a small house or kitchen as there's no chunky high chair to trip over.

The Chicco 360 has a hook-on system which easily adapts to all types of tables as it is fitted with a dual adjuster system. That, and the fact that this is a very compact seat when closed makes it ideal for travel.

Babies are messy eaters so, usefully, the seat lining can be completely removed and the fabric part is machine washable.

The table seat is suitable from six months and one of the reviewers still uses it for her 4 year old.

Britax Adventure High Back Booster Seat £29.97 @ Kiddicare

by Tamsin Oxford in Deals on 11 March, 2011 at 3:00 pm

Britax Adventure High Back Booster Seat £29.97 @ Kiddicare

The Britax Adventure high back booster chair is on sale at Kiddicare for £29.97. This is a nice saving off the usual RRP of £59.99 for a high quality booster seat with sturdy sides and impact protection.

The price of the Britax Adventure high back booster seat includes delivery, and if you order in the next few hours you can have it arrive on Monday. If you wish. If your need is pressing and urgent.

The Britax Adventure seat has a name, Billy, and it is lightweight with side-impact protection and is ergonomically designed for older children. The headrest is adjustable to multiple positions and can be adjusted as your child grows.

You’ll also find that the Britax Adventure has an adjustable back rest, pull out drink holders, a snack tray, 3-point seat belt installation, and weighs in at 3.9kgs. The Britax range is quite good, I think, and comes with great reviews and safety reputation.

Sleep Tight Travel Cot £29.97 @ Kiddicare

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 28 February, 2011 at 12:00 pm

Sleep Tight Travel Cot £29.97 @ KiddicareKiddicare are selling this PINKBLUE or BLACK Sleep Tight Travel Cot for £29.97; the full rrp is £59.99.

Travel Cots are the most genius invention and one of the things I’d put on my ‘must have’ baby items list if I were ever asked to write one!

They can be a little bit pricey and it’s easy to get sucked into the little extra bits and pieces that manufacturers will have you believe are essential; but you don’t NEED the hanging toys, the bit that plays 10 of the most popular nursery rhymes or flashing lights; honestly, you don’t.

This Sleep Tight Travel Cot is nice and simple, does what it needs to do and as a result the sale price of £29.97 is pretty spot on (the rrp is a bit OTT in my opinion), it's suitable from birth to approximately 15 kgs.

It's got padded rails, comes with a padded foam base - this is NOT a mattress, you can buy one of those if you wish but in my experience a few extra blankets suffice.

The Sleep Tight Travel Cot folds up into it's own carry bag, has see-through mesh panel sides and weighs a mere 9kgs.

Now, the Sleep Tight Travel Cot comes in BLACK, PINK and BLUE and is so popular that it's currently on pre-order - the shipping date is 9 March 2011, just 10 days away (how can it be March already, we'll soon be writing Christmas deals again; crazy!).

Happy Travelling.

Have IPhone? Have Kiddicare Price Comparison!

Have IPhone? Have Kiddicare Price Comparison!*If you're anti-Apple then I'd go away for an hour and come back when this post has 'moved on'*

I L O V E my iPhone. It's white (which are far better than black ones - yes, they are!) and it is jam packed with lots of useful apps...and both versions of Angry Birds.

One of the most useful apps, which I discovered a fair while ago, is one which scans bar codes and tells you whether any shops in the local vicinity are selling it cheaper than the store you're in.

BUT, it doesn't give you any online comparisons.

Kiddicare - they're smart y'know - have just launched their own iPhone app that does the same thing, but tells you whether THEY have it in stock and if it's cheaper; from my experience with Kiddicare, they are rarely beaten on price!

Have IPhone? Have Kiddicare Price Comparison!

I love this idea!  It appeals to my bargain hunter side AND my iPhone loving side.

If you've got an iPhone , an iPod Touch or an iPad then you can download the Kiddicare Price Comparison app HERE from iTunes, and just to make it even more appealing...it's FREE!

Travel Cot Deals (£40 Off) @ Kiddicare

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 27 November, 2010 at 12:00 pm

Travel Cot Deals (£40 Off) @ KiddicareIf 'have baby - will travel!' is your mantra, rather than 'have baby - will become a hermit and never stay away from home overnight until they are at least 18!', then you'll need a Travel Cot!

Travel cots are are a most genius invention and one of the things I'd put on my 'must have' baby items list, if I were ever asked to write one!

They can be a little bit pricey and it's easy to get sucked into the little extra bits and pieces that manufacturers will have you believe are essential.

You don't NEED the hanging toys, the bit that plays 10 of the most popular nursery rhymes or flashing lights; honestly, you don't!

Kiddicare have three travel cots currently on offer:

All of them fold down and pack away into their own carry bags, the sides are mesh so you can see through to the inside and your baby can see through to the outside.

They all have a foam base, but if you want something a little MORE on the bottom, then you can buy a mattress to go with your chosen travel cot.

At this price, I'd be tempted to buy two and keep one at home (you can use them as playpens too by the way) and keep one at the grandparents' house...ready for those impromptu baby sitting offers *wink*

Before I go - if you don't buy two then you're going to j u s t be under the limit for free postage - so add a set of socks (or something similar that you'll use) to your order to j u s t take it over, otherwise you'll be paying £4.95 when you don't have to.

Kiddicare Deluxe Buggy Bag With Wheels £9.99

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 23 August, 2010 at 11:00 am

Kiddicare Deluxe Buggy Bag With Wheels £9.99This Kiddicare deluxe buggy bag with wheels is ideal for families who fly abroad (or within the UK too) and need to take a pushchair with them.

I fly quite a lot and the amount of parents I see crossing their fingers and hoping for the best, when they wave goodbye to their little one's pushchair, only to see it emerge at the other end in n-o-t quite the same state is staggering.

A nifty solution could be this Kiddicare deluxe buggy bag.

It's made from a heavy-duty waterproof and rip-proof material and has wheels on the bottom, so you can pack the pushchair away and pull it along when it's not being sat in. It also has a lockable zip too.

You could also use this bag to store your pushchair when you're not using it too. Or keep it in the boot of the car if you're out and about in the rain, and pack it away when you're ready to go home keeping your boot and whatever else is in there clean and dry.

The retail price for this bag is £41.99 but are currently on offer at Kiddicare for just £9.99 with standard delivery costing £4.99.

Baby Weavers Expedition Back Pack £34.99 @ Kiddicare

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 6 August, 2010 at 11:00 am

Baby Weavers Expedition Back Pack £34.99 @ KiddicareThis is SUCH a deal! Kiddicare have reduced this Baby Weavers Expedition Back Pack from £159.99 all the way down to £34.99.

WAIT! Just in case you've read enough already and are about to zoom over to Kiddicare to bag your Baby Weavers Expedition back pack, you'll need this £5 Kiddicare discount code too as the published price is £39.99.

Just enter CMCK5 in the promotion code box when you add the back pack to your basket - it's case sensitive, so make sure you use all caps otherwise it won't work.

Friends of mine had one of these baby back packs, they often used it in preference to a pushchair when their daugther was a little older.  She loved going out and about it because it gave her a birdseye view of the world, rather than being thigh height in a stroller.

The Baby Weavers Expedition back carrier is suitable for babies from 6mths to kiddies that weigh about 18kg (around four years old or so). It has a stability 'leg' so you can put it down to take your child out without it tipping over and according the reviews I've read, it's very lightweight and easy to use...

"This is so lite and easy to put baby into. It is very comfortable too. Great for long walks and also for everyday use such as housework. All comes pre asembled so no fiddling around."

Baby Weavers Expedition Back Pack £34.99 @ KiddicareThe other features include:

  • Easy to adjust, small, medium, large and extra large shoulder adjustments ensure quick height adjustment
  • Padded hip and shoulder pads with easy adjust feature
  • Quick release clips also benefit from air mesh lining.
  • The carrier benefits from rucksack style storage space, 2 bottle / toys pockets and adjustable width ensuring your baby travels comfortably.
  • Removable sun hood includes rain/wind flaps that can be fixed together using the Velcro tabs should they not be required.
  • The expedition carrier can be folded flat for travel and includes a carry grab strap on the rear of the seat.

Happy baby backpacking, especially as there's no delivery to pay either!

Baby Weavers Buddy Ride On Board @ Kiddicare.com

by Lynley Oram in Deals on 12 May, 2010 at 8:00 am

Baby Weavers Buddy Ride On Board @ Kiddicare.comIt came as a total shock when, researching for this article, I discovered just how expensive buggy boards are. This model is a bargain then at £29.99 (reduced down from £59.99).

A buggy board is a wheeled device that clips onto the back of a pushchair. When an older child is tired, they can stand on the board and be pushed around, while their younger sibling is comfortably sitting in the pushchair. With just the one child, I’ve never needed one. But I know how essential a buggy board has been for others. Many of my friends swear by theirs. It can be a matter of taste though. At least one person I know only used hers a couple of times. She found it too awkward to lean around the child to push the chair.

Baby Weavers Buddy Ride On Board @ Kiddicare.comThe Baby Weavers Buddy Ride On Board is suitable for children aged from 2 to 6 years, or up to 30kg. It fits most umbrella folding pushchairs and A-fold pushchairs with more upright rear legs.

Somerset Cotbed 69.99 @ Kiddicare

by Sarah Macdonald in Deals on 13 February, 2010 at 11:00 am

Somerset Cotbed 69.99 @ KiddicareLove , love, LOVE cotbeds - especially this one!

All three of my kids spent the first few years of night times snoozing happily in cotbeds; they just make perfect sense to me.  For the very first few months they all slept in a moses basket that we put IN the cot when they slept during the day so the sounds and smells of their room became familiar.

By the time they outgrew the basket being in the cot was already familiar - no upsetting transition phase.  The same again when it was time to take the sides off - it was still their cot but now it was also a 'grown-up' bed and far less intimidating than going into a BIG single bed; again, no upsetting transition phase.

Somerset Cotbed 69.99 @ KiddicareIt also means that you're not having to shell out for a standard cot and then a large bed all within the first 18 months as the cotbed will see them through at least the first 4 years.

Reviews for this classic-looking cotbed are excellent; it has 3 base positions (the mattress isn't included, but then they never are - to give you the choice of which mattress you'd like apparently), it's made of pine and plywood and the dimensions are:

*Height: 86 cm
* Width: 72 cm
* Length: 144 cm
* Mattress Size Required 140 x 70cm

This nursing chair and stool looks divinely comfortable and has a gliding motion built in to the chair itself. This means you get a gentle, smooth and quiet movement as you breastfeed or soothe your little one to sleep.

The upholstery is padded and comes with a matching foot pad so mum can put her feet up, a much needed extra thBaby Weavers Deluxe Swivel & Glider Chair & Stool £99.99 @ Kiddicareat she will hugely appreciate. You can swivel the chair to fit comfortably and it’s built on a solid wooden frame.

Hauck Escape Buggy £34.99 @ Kiddicare

by Tamsin Oxford in Deals on 17 January, 2010 at 3:00 pm

Hauck Escape Buggy £34.99 @ KiddicareThis delightful deal is a steamy one as the Hauck Escape Buggy is down from £99.99 to only £34.99 including free delivery from Kiddicare. I’m tempted to buy one just because it’s so cheap, although hubby will probably kill me as we have three different types already!

This buggy is suitable from birth and is compact and lightweight, perfect for easy storage and carrying. This is really important as heaving the buggy in and out the car boot or up and down stairs can soon be wearing and a light frame is ideal.

It has a five-point safety harness and multiple seat positions so baby can see the world or have a snooze quite comfortably. The set includes a rain cover, a mosquito net, a shopping basket and a matching parasol. I had to buy the latter three items separately when I bought my buggy for over £100 so this is a steal. Hauck Escape Buggy £34.99 @ Kiddicare

The buggy weighs in at six kilos and is suitable until the child is three years old. If you’re expecting and haven’t yet invested in baby transportation then don’t wait another second, this price is a complete bargain for a reputable brand name.

Maxi Cosi Mura 3 Flamingo Slice OR Atlantic Slice £129.99 @ Kiddicare RRP £306.54

by Heidi Scrimgeour in Deals on 2 January, 2010 at 9:00 am

This is a great opportunity to pick up a particularly trusted brand of 3 wheel Maxi Cosi Mura 3 Flamingo Slice OR Atlantic Slice £129.99 @ Kiddicare RRP £306.54pushchair for £129.99 instead of £306.54.

New for 2008 The Mura 3 is a 3 wheel stroller with air tyres suitable from birth to approximately 4 yrs. It has swivel / lockable front wheels and a height-adjustable 5 point harness. The backrest reclines to 3 different positions and, my personal favourite feature, the seat can be front or rear facing. This is a real bonus, as lots of recent research points to the benefits of rear-facing pushchairs for encouraging and helping with language development. If I had my time again that would definitely be my number one priority when it came to choosing a pram or pushchair.

The Mura can be teamed up with the matching carrycot and Maxi Cosi Cabrio car seat (not included) to create a complete travel system, and Kiddicare are doing offers on these accessories at the moment too, so you can pick up the complete travel system at a great price.

Features include:

  • Triangle shaped (double front wheel) chassis
  • Air tyres that are easy removable (easy for cleaning dirt & transport in the car)
  • Suspension on the rear wheels
  • Forward and rearward facing of seat
  • Swivel position of front wheel can be locked by button
  • Practical designed brake pedal
  • Anodised aluminum frame
  • Adjustable push bar height
  • Including storage basket
  • Soft, comfortable seat with 5-point harness with easy opening buckle
  • Adjustable height of harness system (2 position)
  • Reclineable backrest (3 positions): sitting relaxing and lying position
  • Steering bar for ergonomic support of children when seated
  • Washable seat cover
  • Handle for easy removing the seat & click and ready installation

Size of the product:

  • Seat dimensions: 250 X 290mm (depth X width)
  • Size folded (with seat and wheels): 510 X 650 X 860mm (L X W X H)
