Driver Dan Pull Along Tallulah £8.40 @ Amazon
There’s 66% off the gorgeous Driver Dan Pull Along Tallulah elephant at Amazon. It’s selling for £8.40 instead of (a rather over the top for a pull along toy) £24.99. Delivery is Free too.

My daughter just loves Driver Dan, and as it’s on CBeebies bed time hour now, we’ll sometimes let her watch it if I’m finishing up work, or dinner, or we’ve run out of activities for the afternoon. She’s a little beyond the Pull Along toy age, but I bet if I bought it for her sister, my toddler would love it as much, just for the Driver Dan element.

This Tallulah sways when you pull her along, and when you squeeze her, you’ll hear one of five phrases. She sits on a plastic wheel base and is attached to a bit of string and is easy to pull along.

They do say that she’s appropriate for children over 3 years of age, which surprises me a bit. Aren’t they somewhat ‘over’ pull along toys by that stage? I’ve never had a three year old, so I’m not sure. Either way with £16.59 off, I’m sure you’ll find someone who loves it!

Talking Driver Dan Plush Toy £2.99 @ Home Bargains

Talking Driver Dan Plush Toy £2.99 @ Home BargainsIf your child is a fan of the CBeebies TV show for preschoolers, Driver Dan's Story Train, then they're going to love this cute Talking Driver Dan plush toy. Home Bargains has it on sale for £2.99, down from its RRP of £17.99. Delivery in mainland UK is another £2.99.

Storytelling is at the heart of Driver Dan's Story Train, encouraging children to pick up a book, explore the pictures, listen to it, share it, and read it over and over.

This soft plush Talking Driver Dan toy  is made from bright textured fabrics, and when you press his tummy he says seven fun phrases from the show.

The toy measures approximately 30cm high, and is suitable for children aged ten months and older.

I'm guessing this show is a more recent addition to CBeebies pre-school scheduling. My son is six now, so we don't really watch CBeebies as much as we used to. And now it is mainly for Octonauts, or the art show that's on there.

I had a look at the website for Driver Dan's Story Train, and was quite impressed. It is well worth a visit, there are lots of games and activities and I thought the graphics were really well done. Not anywhere near as painful for grownups as other similar sites!

Driver Dan's Story Train £9.99 @ Home Bargains

Driver Dan's Story Train £9.99 @ Home BargainsHome Bargains have reduced this Driver Dan's Story Train by £26, bringing it down to £9.99, rather than £35.99; amazing.

I've not seen anything like this Driver Dan's Story Train before, I think it looks quite fun and will be something young children really engage with.

When one of three books is inserted into the carriage your child will be able to listen to Driver Dan tell the story when the train is being pushed along or is still.

Driver Dan is an articulated figure so your child will be able to put him in different poses and Twinkle - she's a little bird -  is magnetic which allows her to sit on the on the funnel.

Driver Dan's Story Train is suitable for youngsters aged three years or older and requires three AA batteries to work; as usual with the Home Bargains site, there's nothing to suggest whether the batteries are included so it's probably safer to assume they're not and make sure you have some to hand for Christmas morning.

Happy listening to stories with Driver Dan's Story Train.
