 This isn’t exactly a cheap, cheap, cheap deal, I know, but it is a good discount on the usual price for this award winning espresso maker from De’Longhi. It has been marked down from £129.99 to £70.23 and that includes free delivery at Amazon.
This particular espresso maker has received the coveted Which Best Buy award, making it a good long-term investment for the coffee-mad household. I adore coffee and still struggle with my rule of only two cups a day, but it doesn’t stop me from drooling over yummy coffee makers whenever I get the chance.
The EC330S has professional level 15 bar pressure and can be used with both ground coffee and the ESE (Easy Serving Esperesso) pods around today. Personally I am against the pods as I think they are just more landfill.
 The cappuccino system, based on an in-built manual frothing arm, mixes steam, air and milk to create the perfect froth. It’s easy to use, has a transparent water reservoir so you can assess it’s capacity at a glance, and a removable drip tray. Yum.

 The LeapFrog range of toys and educational goodies is expanding daily, it feels as if every time I turn around there is a LeapFrog something on offer! Here we have the delightful LeapFrog My Puppy that’s down from £19.99 to £14.99 including free delivery from Amazon.
This soft, green cuddly puppy is called Scout. He connects to your computer so you can customise the music he plays, the learning adventure he will take your child on, and all the things that your child loves to do and eat. So you can teach him that your child likes strawberries, adores bears and wants the world to be coloured pink.
Once you’ve hooked him up and downloaded the extras and sorted out the preferences you can then press his paws to hear him talk or sing your favourite songs. There are about 30 songs – learning tunes and lullabies – available for  download.
He will play games with you and teach you things, and parents can go online to follow their child’s learning adventure and see what programmes they need to focus on to help their child’s development.

 This is quite adorable and will enchant little lovers of this racing car. Down from £16.99 to only £6.80 at Amazon you can nab this ace diecast carry case for a bargain price. It also comes with a Roary vehicle for even more fun and games.
The carry case is styled to look just like Roary, although I am confused by the blue bubbles in this pic. What are they for? Or have I gone mad? Anyway, this storage kit is ideal for keeping Roary and all his other diecast friends safe and sound.
There is nothing quite as painful as standing on a diecast car with bare feet in the middle of the night. Nothing. So having somewhere to keep them all neat and tidy is a bargain.

 I know that usually we post deals that help parents save money with their children but today I hope you’ll forgive me if I indulge the parents a little bit. I adore Star Trek and have enormously fond memories of the movies from when I was a child, especially the Wrath of Khan, so this price for a digitally remastered Blu-ray set is really good.
The box set has all ten of the Star Trek movies and includes two bonus discs that have extra footage, interviews and more. The actual movies included in the set are Star Trek: The Motion Picture, The Wrath of Khan (those bugs!), The Search for Spock, The Voyage Home, The Final Frontier, The Undiscovered Country, Generations, First Contact, Insurrection and Nemesis.
 I’m sure many of you know the Star Trek “curse” when it comes to the movies? Every other even numbered film is better than the odd-numbered ones, however Nemesis did succumb to the curse while the Wrath of Khan (I think) was the odd numbered film to escape the curse.

 There is something really satisfying about being a parent, about being able to inspire your children’s creativity and encourage them to explore their imaginations. We have one of these easels at home and it was one of the best investments ever. Now down to £17.92 at Amazon, this is a great deal with a saving of £12.07.
The easel is double-sided and made from lovely wood. It has a chalkboard and a whiteboard so kids can try out different textures and ideas. The set comes with six white chalks and six coloured chalks as well as a board eraser.
The easel is 90cm tall and comes ready assembled (so no terrifying fiddling with weird instructions here) and if you have two tots then they can both draw at the same time. Although, like most siblings, they’ll probably end up fighting  because they both want the same side.
It is ideal for ages three and up and one of the coolest features is the tray underneath. Here you can store all their drawing equipment so they can get started whenever they’re in the mood.

The Sprig Eco Trucks range are fully equipped with flip-open cabs and easy-grab handles, making each vehicle fun to freewheel and manoeuvre. All of the Sprig toys are made from Sprigwood, a child-safe bio-composite of recycled wood and reclaimed plastic that has visible wood flecks and gives the toys a soft woody smell.
They are rather gorgeous I must admit. I have an aversion to plastic toys, every time I buy something plastic I can hear a voice in my head going, “Planet killer!”. So yes, recycled and wooden and really quite gorgeous to look at, these Sprig vehicles would make awesome Christmas presents.
These trucks are for ages three and up, are bright and chunky and fun, and if you buy all three together you make quite a whopper of a saving. Perhaps you know of a family with more than one boy? Well these trucks will make sure there are no fights over whose turn it is to play.

 Here’s another brilliant back to school deal that has a pack of Staedtler Triplus fineliner pens down to £8.54 including delivery. That’s a saving of £10.46 off the original retail price of £19.00. These are awesome pens and you get a free pencil case when you buy this deal.
The pack consists of 20 different coloured pens with superfine metal-clad tips and an ergonomic triangular barrel for easy holding. They can also be left uncapped for days without drying out. Which is, let’s face it, a huge advantage because children just can’t seem to get their heads around lids.
The other day I uncovered a pile of lids in her stationary drawer. The pens? Ruined. So yes, having some time for mums to find lids is a good thing. The other big bonus is that these have ink that is  washable. It will wash out of most textiles. Considering how expensive schooliforms can be, this is a plus.

 These wellies are AWESOME! Just look at the silver spaceman pair on the left. Look! You can’t beat these for complete insanity as you tackle the damp weather. Imagine splashing puddles with these beauties on the school run? Oh yes, Captain Kirk step out of the way please.
Hunters wellies are some of the best around and are known for their excellent quality and comfort. They are also some of the most expensive around, making it hard to justify the expense. So down to only £26.48 for these sparkly beauties means that you can get a pair and they are completely insane to boot (sorry).
They have vulcanised natural rubber construction and are built on an orthopaedic base for a comfortable fit. While sparkly silver wellies may not be your idea of the perfect colour, they will bring a splash of light to any dark and gloomy winter’s day.
And, as someone has already pointed out, NASA will be jealous.

 Back to school madness is in full throttle now. With only a few weeks left until the start of the new year, parents are all desperately galloping about and sorting out their children’s school needs. I know that, as a first timer, I am feeling a little bewildered and confused (yes, that could just be me). So, for parents prowling for great deals on books and study guides, the Amazon sale will do you nicely.
I literally stumbled across this deal today while I was hunting for low-priced Trunkis. I’m going on a big travel in December and really need one but, anyway, that’s not the point. Anyway I found that Amazon have sectioned of a rather huge part of the web for their back to school products and, hidden away in this section, is the sale.
 Included in the sale are textbooks, revision aids, and more, all neatly categorised to help you find what you need. It’s probably a brilliant idea to get as many as you can while they are discounted but also to check and see if you can get them cheaper elsewhere (perhaps second hand).

Back to school means back to the stationary shop, ready to stock up on more pens and pencils and other such wonders. So why mission all the way to the shops when you can nab this set of ten pens for only £1.25 at Amazon?
The pens are delivered free so you will really only pay £1.25 for the set of ten. They are black ink, so perfect for both school and for those irritating forms that demand black ink only. You can share them out among all the members of the house!
I have a huge thing for stationary and tend to spend hours browsing shops that are dedicated to all things pertaining to writing and creating. I always walk out with something I really don’t need but absolutely love.
This set of pens is going to come hugely in handy in our house as we seem to own our very own pet black hole that sucks up pens, teaspoons and umbrellas. I can only assume that they were not happy with their life here and moved on to follow their dreams. Or something. Anyway, this is a great deal for stocking up for those school days.
