Mega Bloks Moshi Monsters Advent Calender £6.59 @ AmazonMega Bloks Moshi Monsters Advent Calender is on what I can only imagine is a Christmas clearance sale at Amazon, as they're selling this £19.99 kit for £6.59, including free delivery.

The Moshi Monsters Advent Calendar from Mega Bloks is  filled with Moshi gifts, which will delight your little one with a new surprise every day. As they open the calendar day by day, they will be able to build a wintery Moshi scene including a Christmas tree, sweet shop, and fireplace with loads of presents.

The Advent Calendar is currently at the cheapest it's ever been on Amazon, so get it while it's available.

There are  170 pieces and while it's aimed at children over six, it's not suitable for children under 3.

LEGO Friends Advent Calendar £15.99 @ Play/Amazon

LEGO Friends Advent Calendar £15.99 @ Play/Amazon

It seems to be my week for Advent Calendars from LEGO this week, what with last night's Lego City offer and tonight we have the LEGO Friends Advent Calendar on offer at both Amazon and Play.com for £15.99 instead of £19.99, and both including free delivery.

These are just so gorgeous. I saw the design for the LEGO Friends advent calendar at their launch event earlier this year, and absolutely loved it. We definitely want these for our collection.

With 24 windows to open, this set is full of fun and exciting LEGO pieces. Friends Olivia, Christina and their dog Coco come with this set. They build a snowman, go skiing, warm up by the fire and eat cookies and milk. There are gifts to deliver, a snowmobile to ride, a tree to decorate and holiday cards to write.

The set includes individual gifts and loads of accessories.

Lego City: Advent Calendar £16.99 @ IWOOT

Lego City: Advent Calendar £16.99 @ IWOOT

I Want One Of Those has a small offer on the Lego City: Advent Calendar. There's 15% off the RRP - and current Amazon price - of £19.99, reduced to £16.99 and includes free delivery in the UK.

I do so love these Lego Christmas scenes, and so look forward to a time when my children can have them for Advent Calendars. I'm sure they'll be as loved as all our other Lego.

In the box you'll find a bunch of minifigures, including Santa, two firemen, a fire woman, boy, girl, repairman, fire station, Santa sledge, and some other small models. There are 249 pieces in this set and it's suitable for ages 5+.

It's only received 2 reviews, but they're both five stars!

Lego City Advent Calendar £16.99 @ Play.com

Lego City Advent Calendar £16.99 @ Play.com

Play.com have three of Lego Advent Calendars listed with deals on two of them. The best deal is the Lego City Advent Calendar, which is reduced from £19.99 to £16.99, saving you £3. Of course, these may be cheaper nearer the big day, but on the other hand they may get snatched up before you can get them.

The Lego City Advent Calendar is filled with 24 days of fun, with 7 minifigures (Santa, 3 firefighters, a brother, sister and mechanic), the iconic forest fire equipment racks, fire hydrant and chainsaw, wheelbarrow, snow catapult, mini fire engine and accessories that Santa needs to get his snow-stuck sleigh out in time for Christmas day.

The set is suitable, they say, for ages 5-12 years, but I reckon that should say ages 5 - 92 years!

Also, the Lego Starwars set is £22.99 instead of £24.99 and the Lego Friends set is available for pre-order (it is available at Amazon though.) I was at Legoland Windsor a few days ago and they have a fantastic Lego Starwars interactive exhibition - it's fantastic. If you're a fan, get yourself there! As an aside, I also had a good look at the Lego Friends Advent calendar, and my hubby hinted that I may just find that in my stocking on December 1st. It's gorgeous - and no, this is NOT a sponsored post!

Advent Calendar And/Or Organiser House £6.84 @ Amazon

Advent Calendar And/Or Organiser House £6.84 @ AmazonIf you're one of those 'plan ahead' people and already have Christmas plans forming in your mind (and let's face it, it feels like we're in early October already) then you might want to take a look at this Advent Calendar/Organiser House over at Amazon

Now, I know Christmas is still 162 days away, but you know how quickly the rest of the year goes once the school summer holidays kick  in!

Before we know it the kids are back in school and the horror of the six weeks having them at home is forgotten, then it's half term and almost Halloween, then it's bonfire night, THEN all of a sudden it's December and we all wonder where on the year has gone.

See?! I'm not going mad telling you about an advent calendar this 'early' in the year really.

What you'll have is a strong cardboard house that has reversible drawers for keeping little things in.  On one side they have Christmas things printed on - for Christmas and advent calendar purposes (my kids loved things like this, far more than your bog standard advent calendars) and general pictures for the rest of the year organising/keepsake purposes.

I certainly wouldn't pay the full price of £19.99 for this (so if it's gone back up to that by the time you're reading this then don't bother with it) but £6.84...?  I can go with that and would have lots of fun choosing little things to put in each drawer in readiness for 1 December (which is just 137 days away *grin*).

Happy advent calendaring and organising
