Do you use Facebook? Some of my family regularly use the "buy & sell ads" which show local people your items for sale, and they can come and collect them. Alternative options are Gumtree and Craigslist.

Have used my local Gumtree, could be good. Could also try a local free ads newspaper.

I just did a baby sale in my local area. It cost £25 for the table, but I took £75. And that was only a fraction of my baby stuff, plus I still have to sell all the big stuff. This is the sale I did http://www.sellitmama.com maybe something similar in your area?
