Sainsbury's have quite a large toy sale on at the moment, with I would say most of the range of sale toys already sold out. What isn't sold out, however, is this Pretend and Play Microwave, which has been reduced from £14.99 to £4.49 - a fantastic £10.50 saving.
While many play kitchens come kitted out with a microwave oven, we all know that built in electrical equipment may look great, but no sooner has the warranty expired, than you have to start replacing bits! If this was a real kitchen, that would be a real concern, but since it's a play kitchen, a massive reduction on the microwave seems like a great plan.
This microwave is yellow, green and red - although the description says yellow, green and blue - comes with the 3xAA batteries, has an LCD screen and push buttons. It even makes realistic sounds.
The reviewers are really positive about the product. They give it 4.7 stars out of 5 and they say it's robust and a great addition to any play kitchen.
