The Argos frenzy continues with this kids slide for £19.99, a third off from £29.99, and unlike almost everything else at Argos right now, there is still stock at each of the postcodes I tried.
These look like they could be quite fun – just high enough to tire out entertain a little one, but not so high that mummy's heart stop every time her little one reaches the top.
Argos say the Junior Slide would make an ideal first slide, and it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The slide has 156 reviews on Argos, so it's pretty well tested, and with 4.5 out of five stars, the average feedback is good.
The reviewers compliment the Junior Slide on it's bright colours, sturdy build and ease of assembly. It doesn't fold down so won't be a permanent feature in most homes, but can easily come inside on rainy days.
The description says it's for children over two, but a few reviewers state that their 18 month old's love it. Vampires44 from HUKD says, “We have this slide. It's about 3 years old now and has spent 2 winters outside. It's still in good nick if a little faded." The only problem is that the mat at the bottom tends to come loose, but this didn't seem to be a problem for other reviewers.
