Always wanted to try out a Trike with your little one but was unsure whether it will be a waste of money or not? Now is the time to get one, Halfords have a choice of two Apollo Trikes reduced from £20 to just £10. One is the Firechief Trike and the other is a pink one. This is the cheapest I have personally seen a trike with a parent handle.
Both of these Apollo Trikes have three wheels (that look plastic to me), a parent handle and a little storage bucket to the rear. I just cannot get over how cheap these are. Both have a tubular steel frame so I would imagine they are pretty study on the ground.
The parent handle is removable but I think it's one of those that is fine for pushing but you cannot steer, so bear that in mind. The handlebar is adjustable too from 50cm to 53cm. The seat height is 30cm, so these are aimed to be a first trike for a little tot.
If you know a little person that's coming up for their second birthday then why not buy them one of these. Think how generous you would look. No-one would ever believe that you paid just a tenner for it.
