You can literally pay hundreds of pounds elsewhere for a Group 1,2,3 car seat, so this strikes me as a decent deal.
I know that 'big ticket' pricy items like car seats are the sort of things that lots of parents are wary of buying 'cheaply' but this has great reviews, and has been rated 4.5 out of a possible 5 stars by Kiddicare customers in a whopping 1631 reviews. Here's a fairly standard one to give you a sense of what people make of this particular car seat:
