Mr Men seem to be undergoing yet another comeback in their long and amusing history. I can’t believe that I’m reading the stories I loved as a kid, to my own kids! It feels rather warm and nostalgic. Anywho, unlike us, kids today can now own a talking Mr Men doll for a mere £7.97 from Tesco Direct.
This Little Miss doll features the adorable freckles and pinging ponytails of one of the most lovable of the Mr Men characters and she can talk! When you squeeze her tummy her flower lights up and she plays music or talks in fun phrases.
She is perfect for kids over the age of three and she is less than half of the original price of £19.97. If you want, you can pair her with the giant soft toy version that sits at 16inches high with an embroidered signature on the back for only £20.
The doll comes with batteries included and sits at 12.5x25.5cm in size. It isn’t a big toy and the functionality is quite limited so I would never have paid the original price of nearly £20. For only £7.97, though, it’s well priced indeed.
