Ive tried to use the code today and says code not recognised and wont work??

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, and I am getting some wierd error messages! I am sure it worked ok when I bought a gey duffel coat for my son. I just tried buying the same item.

First the site told me there was something wrong on the site and could I try again later, the second time I hit buy, then went to my basket and was told that an item had been removed because I was under the legal age limit to buy it! A duffle coat for a 5 to 6 year old!

So I closed everything down, cleared cache, went back in and tried again, but the code wasn't recognised (I tried typing it instead of cut and paste as that sometimes helps). I tried registering as a new customer but it wouldn't work then either.

Am not sure if I'm being dense, the site isn't working properly or the code has expired. I *AM* sure though that there's no age limit on buying duffel coats!

I know it says code not recognised but usually if code expired that what message says.I tried the menswear and womenswear codes I found from somewhere else and it just said I didnt match the criteria to use this code.lots of people are posting the codes but just cant get the kids one to work!!some good sale stuff i wanted to get my daughter :-(

If there's a way to make it work I will find it! Am so sorry to have let you down Lucy. I clearly wasn't diligent enough and looks like I paid full price for the duffel coat. Oh well, it was a coat I wanted anyway.
