The shorts aren't exactly the cheapest, but presumably you pay for quality. With this code they come down to a more affordable price, especially when used on those already in the sale.
I tested the code out on a black pair of Vintage Swim Shorts. These were marked down to £30 from £40. The code took this down to £15. Including delivery of £3.95 the total came to £18.95.
