How long can you keep wine open for?
I have a bottle of red that's been standing in the kitchen for about a month. We use it in food from time to time. How long before it's no good for that anymore?
I don't know how long it'll be good for, but in the future just pour your wine into ice cube trays and freeze. When you want to add it to food, just pop in 2 frozen cubes :-)
What a great idea! We've somehow gone from 'drain the bottle before bed' to 'throw it out cause it's fermented' people - this is a great idea! Thanks
