Oh why oh why do I look over on the Outlet section at Mothercare? I end up spending a fortune, especially when they have just added heaps of new lines. They have lots of bargains and some items have over 50% off. There's some items that no-one will want to buy, but I have found lots of great bargains including maternity wear and children's winter coats.

If you are pregnant, then take it from me, you want comfort and you want it cheap. Maternity clothing isn't always as comfortable as it looks, so here's some items that I think are truly precious finds: Blooming Marvellous Leopard Print Twin Pack Maternity Bras* for just £14 ( that's £7 a bra!) reduced from £28. These are as pretty as you will get when it comes to a comfortable bra.
These Blooming Marvellous Straight Leg Jeans* emphasise your bump whilst making your legs look slimmer. I know because I have tree-trunk thighs and owned these. Now just £14. Plus they go up to a size 18, which can be ridiculously hard to find in maternitywear.
Now, for the children's clothing, to just pick a few is going to be hard, so be sure to nip over yourself to check out all 356 of the bargain items. This Mothercare Quilted Jacket* is an absolute bargain at just £10. It's so cute and had cost £20-22. Keep little hands warm with these Striped Mittens* for £1.25 and matching hat* at £2. This Minnie Mouse Mac* is just lovely for £10.
