There is nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread, especially if you wake up to it in the morning. This Morphy Richards breadmaker has been marked down from the hefty £119.99 to a mortal’s affordable £57.42 – a nice saving of £62.57 and inclusive of free delivery.
I have a breadmaker. I adore it. I’ve make sweet potato loaf, honey and sesame loaf, wholemeal loaves by the dozen, beetroot bread (sounds gross, tastes yum) and courgette loaf. There are so many different combinations and ideas, many included in the free recipe book you get with the breadmaker, that you can experiment for months.
This particular model features a unique collapsible kneading blade, three different loaf sizes, a choice of 12 different settings, a 13 hour programmable timer (oh yes, fresh hot bread for brekkies) and an “add ingredients” signal.
I need to add here that I bought a bread machine from a different maker, can’t remember who right now, that was £89 at full price but the ingredients were added automatically. I only need to stick the raisins etc into a drop down tray and they fall in when needed. The fact that this breadmaker doesn’t have this setting does seem a bit of a disadvantage.
