Children love playing 'house'. My son has his little house in the lounge. It should actually be the bottom cupboard of our Ikea bookshelf but he immediately appropriated it as soon as we put the bookshelf up. This is more of a traditional playhouse though, the kind you put up in a garden. Toys R Us have the Green Magic Playhouse for £59.99. The site says it was originally £100, reduced to £69.99, so this is a further reduction.
I like the bright colours of this house, and the colour scheme of green with the red roof. But, if that's not your cup of tea don't worry. And there's a rooster on the roof! There is also a Pink Magic Playhouse. It is the same as the Green version only (oh yes you guessed it!) pink. Kids will enjoy leaning out of the working half door. Well, I know I would have at that age! And there is also a window on either side. It is constructed from injection moulded plastic. Standard delivery costs another £4.95.
