Pathetic service. The purchasing of tickets is a nightmare. Travel from Dumfries to Inverness is impossible. No £10 tickets available. Bring back Club 55, a much simpler system.

Aww! That's really disappointing. There most certainly was £10 tickets available but we can't guarantee that those would still be around now. If I was you, I would be tempted to pass on my feelings to Scotrail. You never know, they may even help you in getting those £10 tickets. Good luck! Nada :D

The Oban to Glasgow train this afternoon stopped the free coffee for Club 50 after serving the customer before me. There was tea & coffee available for sale, but the "free tea and coffee" was stopped, They dont state in the brochure there's a limited quantity available. Disappointing. Also, on the train up from Glasgow, somebody was sitting in my reserved seat and refused to move, not an inspector in sight. Fortunately I found a seat nearby, but the train was very overcrowded with only 2 carriages.

That's shocking! Shoot Scotrail's Customer Service an email and tell them how disappointed you were! That's what I would do. People sitting in your seat is SO annoying! Hope it didn't spoil your time in Oban. It's so beautiful up that way. Nada :D

club 50 appears to have had its teething problems - overall the discount is welcome . The free drink should be removed as it causes more bad press than it's worth.  Embarrassing to have half the cup poured out because the  free one is not a full cup!

Is that right JAD? Wow! Thanks for the feedback, always appreciated.
