clock2 If you've never been to iwantoneofthose.com then WELCOME to a w-h-o-l-e new world!

Mooching around iwantoneofthose the other day I came across this fabulous equation clock.  I love things that are different and quirky; why go for normal when you can stand out from the crowd?

This clock will certainly do that AND has educational value too - we all remember that the square root of 64 is 8 but what about the rest of the sums on the face?   Maybe it's just me but the thought of being asked the time and be able to answer, "It's the sqaure root of four past minus eight equals two minus x," just amuses me greatly!

clock1I love that it's designed to look like sums written on a blackboard; it's not going to change your life but it'll certainly provide a bit of mathematical fun and by the time your kids go to school they're going to be little numerical geniuses.

The clock has a diameter of  23 divided by 2 inches and needs one AA battery which isn't included.  Standard delivery with iwoot is £4.95 and if you order before 3pm they'll bung your parcel in the post that very afternoon - I've used them lots over the years, have more often than not received my order the next day and they've never let me down.

Happy equation solving!

"Maybe’s just me but the thought of being asked the time and be able to answer, “It’s the sqaure root of four past minus eight equals two minus x,” ha ha it is just you! Just joking. I love this clock too. Just my cup of tea :)
