does anyone know how to do a factory reset on the TAG Junior?

I have googled, and emailed customer service, but no answer and no luck. The stupid thing won't reset the child's name so I can give it to my sister!

Have you found an answer yet? I am having the same problem with the Tag and Tag Jr....very frustrating!

I have the same problem. I've tried changing the name online, and while it recognises a change in the online thing, it doesn't on the tag junior - but it does on violet and the other thing. SO frustrating.
