National Geographic Binoculars £3 @ Sainsburys

NationalI love educational toys and have been eyeballing this range from National Geographic since I first saw them at Sainsbury’s last year. These binoculars are perfect for kids just starting out in the world of exploring and for only £3 they are a bargain.

The National Geographic binoculars are certainly not for the professional but definitely a good start for any kids that want to learn more about the world around them. They are made from sturdy plastic and are ideal for kids aged six and up.

Their range is 4x30 and they aren’t too big or heavy for little hands being only 17.2cm wide. If you want to teach your kids about birds or nature then these are a good place to start. I recommend these for anyone who’s planning a holiday safari too, kids can entertain themselves for hours looking for animals in the brush. national2

I think that for a mere £3, marked down from £6, you can’t go far wrong with these branded binoculars even though they won’t bring the kind of magnification an adult would demand. If this isn’t your child’s cup of tea why not snare them for one of the many birthday parties coming up this 2010?
