I have a complete and utter weakness for doll’s houses and this Christmas I spent many happy hours online, searching for the perfect one for my daughter. This particular cottage was actually on my short list at one point as it is just adorable, especially now it’s only £17.50 at Mothercare.
This is ideal for kids that are just starting out in the world of doll’s houses and aren’t entirely brilliant with gentle handling of delicate furniture. It has been dropped down from £35 so it is quite fabulously cheap and includes lots of lovely extras.
There are only a few left in the sale, so please do hurry if this appeals to you (just thought I’d get that in there so you hurry up).
The house comes with cute pets and built in furniture. Kids will be able to use their little characters to cook dinner, wash in the bathroom or enjoy a nap in the bedroom. Unless they are my kid who feels it’s important to use the bath as a bed, the kitchen as a hair salon and the lounge as the naughty step.
