I've checked the price of this about six times because it seems too good to be true. But yep, it really is that price.
It's not suitable for children under three years, but little fans of the BBC TV show Timmy Time will love this playset.
It comes with Timmy and Yabba action figures and a magic colour reveal painting easel, plus a fun pop-out cuckoo clock as well as a toy box with train. There's also a football and a basketball hoop, plus removable shelves.
