I really love the look of the Andorra Climbing Frame from Climbing Frames UK, which has been reduced from an I-wouldn’t-pay £499 to a much more affordable £199 – especially if you consider how little use it’s getting this summer!
The Andorra is ideal for those with younger children or smaller gardens, apparently. The play deck is 100cm from the ground and is covered by the UV-resistant, waterproof tarpaulin roof so the children can play outside come rain or shine.
The 98cm by 68cm deck is reached by the slatted rock wall and from there the kids can doodle away on the vinyl chalk wall.
The Andorra has a 180cm straight wavy slide with a bump in the middle for added excitement but the slides feature high railed sides and flattened bottoms to keep kids on the slide and landing on their feet.
The 2 belt swings are designed to grip hips.
The Andorra playset is manufactured from cedar wood and pre-stained with an attractive redwood stain. The wood is also pre-cut and pre-drilled which helps make home-build as easy as possible. All you’ll need is basic DIY tools.
This climbing frame is designed for children aged between 3 and 10 years of age and is tested (EN-71 & ASTM) to meet requirements for private residential use. And, to my address at least, there’s free delivery too.
