The black full zip one is a fleece hoody. It's only available in black and in sizes 7-8 and 11-12 years. These are apparently pill resistant and if they are made like the adult ones then they will be. They are 100% polyester and are described as being Bluesign approved, which is a quality assurance.
The blue one has a quarter zip on and has no hood on it. This was originally £25 and looks very cosy indeed. This one is available in sizes 7-8, 10-12 and 13-14 years. You might actually stand a chance of getting your young teen to wear something warm since it boasts a brand name.
