Don't you think that there's little point in staying in when the weather turns cold, wet or both? I mean, in this country you'd never leave the house. With the right sort of clothes on, most kids will be perfectly happy outside no matter what the weather is like. I know, I've spent many an afternoon in the sleeting rain at the park.
