Use the code when you get the Payment page. You'll be prompted for any offer codes at the top of this page, before you enter your card details. Type the code into the box, and click Apply. A line will then appear underneath the code box to let you know what the discount applies to - in this case, a 10% discount. It will also show deducted from the total amount shown below the box.
Delivery is free. Confusingly though, before you get to the Payment page you're asked to choose whether you want the £3.50 standard delivery. When you get to the next page you'll see that delivery is added, then subtracted, from the final total.
I didn't find any of the children's shoes to be cheaper than I'd be able to find on the High Street. That said, they're not more expensive either, and right now there's a sale on with up to 70% reductions (80% with the code!). As delivery is free it can work out to be a reasonably good deal for brand name shoes.
