Now this is a nice and educational Christmas stocking filler right here. Lidl is selling this enormous world map for a mere £1.99 which is only available while stocks last. And I imagine stocks won't last that long actually, this is a very good price indeed.
There are two maps to choose from – Europe and World – and at this price I don't see why you can't have both! The large political map of the world is a scale of 1:30 million, and the large map of Europe is a scale of 1:3.8 million.
Both maps are durable and tough with a laminated surface that can be easily wiped clean. This is pretty awesome really, as you can use those ace marker pens that are water based to teach your kids about areas of the world and then wipe everything off when you're done.
The maps are 105x132 for the World map and 112x99 for the Europe map and both come with six map pins. I want one!
