At long last someone has created a stair gate that is not a flaming health and safety nightmare. Sure regular ones do their job at keeping baby off the stairs BUT boy oh boy have I had plenty of near misses with tripping over the blasted frame. When you are carrying a baby over that threshold you are not wanting an accident to happen, so bravo to Baby Dan for creating this No Trip Wooden Baby Stair Gate. It's only £15 at John Lewis and I predict a sell out on these, so get in quick.
I am a fan of wooden stair gates as they blend into homes much better than the white metal kind. These Baby Dan No Trip Wooden Stair Gates have a four and a half star rating on the John Lewis site and I can see why. They are nice to look at and are described as fully functional in the reviews.
These will fit in door frames and stairways measuring 71.5 and 78.5cm wide. It has quick release fittings so that it's easy to remove from doorways or stairways when it's not required.
