Good point. I am not 100% sure but the website is still active http://www.bookstart.org.uk/. I got mine from the baby group at the library, and also ask if you're in a surestart centre (if they're still going) or one o'clock club (ditto). But your best bet is to ask at the library or check on the website (scroll down there's a link to find out where you can get a bookstart pack).
