Play.com has a number of the Usborne ‘That’s Not My… ‘ touchy-feely books on offer at the moment, with individual books reduced from £5.99 to anything from £2.99 to £3.99. However, there are also offers for 2 for £6, so depending on which ones you buy, you can combine or not and either way end up paying £3 or less (by a penny) per book. Delivery is free.
These really are easy bed time stories. Each page has a line with three or four words on it, normally starting with ‘That’s not my… ‘, and they really are very popular with toddlers. My daughter loves talking about the things on each page, so it’s not just a one-way reading experience.
They’re incredibly well made, and each hardboard page has a textured bit. There are over 40 titles available in this series, and they’d make great gifts in large sets, or stocking fillers in smaller quantities.
