Looking for cool lunch boxes for the new school term?
It's not long until the kids are back to school, whether you're counting down the minutes or dreading the first day of term it will be here before we know it!
My daughter starts school in September and is taking a packed lunch. She would love a new school lunch box to take with her. I am trying to find one that will stand out and will be easy to find amongst the rest of the classes.

Now this lunch box is the definition of cool! A must for all Lego fans out there! This kids lunch box is in the shape of the iconic Lego bricks and has loads of room for the kids sarnies. It will definitely stand out on the lunch trolley and is perfect as a girls lunch box or a boys lunch box. I might even get one for myself :-)
2. Superman Storage Tin* £4.99 (was £10.95) Lakeland
I love the traditional feel of this lunch box, it is very retro. It is a domed tin which is perfect for keeping your little one's lunch in. The design on the outside is very cool but if Superman isn't your youngster's thing how about the Batman* design also for £4.95. The benefit of them not being made from material is that they are so much easier to clean, especially if there is a juice or yoghurt explosion!
3. Brown Paper Bag Insulated Lunch Bag* £9.99 IWOOT
It's hard to find a cool lunch box that will be suitable for a teen but this Brown Paper Bag ticks all the boxes! It is completely unisex so is suitable for a teen girl or boy and I am sure all their friends will be asking where they can get one! It is completely insulated and is very tough. I have one myself and it is leak proof and has a magnetic roll top fastening to ensure everything stays nice and safe.
4. Wells Rose Kids Lunch Box* £12 Cath Kidston
I couldn't leave Cath Kidston off the list now could I! This pretty floral design lunch box is gorgeous for an older girl or a teen. It has a foil insulated lining and has an adjustable strap so it can be worn across the body. It is just a little more grown up than a character lunch box and I think it would be perfect for girls who are nearing the end of primary school or moving up to secondary.
5. Gamebox 5 Piece Bento Box* £7.96 Temptation Gifts
A Bento Box is all the rage right now! They originate from Japan and are used for single portion meals that you can take out with you. This Gamebox Bento Box is perfect for taking kids snacks to school in and are perfect for older children and teens to use as their lunch box. I love the design, it is supposed to look like a Nintendo Gameboy from way back in the day and even comes with a set of cutlery.
