John Lewis have a sale on baby & toddler socks and tights at the moment, with 19 items included in the girls selection, although seemingly none in the boys section.
When my daughter was a baby, I spent ages trying to find tights that weren't pink, and actually had a really hard time with it! There just weren't any tights that weren't at least one shade of pink. Over the last five years tights that aren't pink have certainly become easier to find, which I think is a very good thing.
The selection of tights and socks from John Lewis includes quite a few Christmas themed offerings, but you should be able to find a few bits that are perfectly suitable to wear, Christmas or no.
There's also really good value with the multi packs like the Trumpette Seanna's Socks, Pack of 6, Multi, 0-12 months* reduced to £9.50. The 2-packs for girls for £3.50 is also fantastic value.
